I asked for a shirt different than what they were advertising...they took the time to make an example and had it ready for my review in a matter of hours. I ordered the shirt and it is beautiful. Just as I asked for. I will order from them again.

I would have much rather gave them minus stars if I could have. They are truly scam artists! I ordered a shirt for my friends birthday in May. Her birthday was end of June. No birthday present for her! Still took forever to get. I get it and it makes no sense! First mistake: Neither time or reason will chance? the way I feel - should be change. Second mistake: Gone are the days we used to share, but in my hear? you are always there - should be heart! I was told that was the way the artist designed it! So call the artist and point out his mistakes!!! What's so hard about that?? So I sent umpteen messages complaining and getting downright nasty telling them I wanted my money back. Nope they send me another misprint shirt! Unbelievable, now I have 2 shirts I can't use and I'm out my money. I repeat scam artists DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! They will rip you off!!!

Cute shirt, but the red in the cardinals are wishy washy. Not bright red as they should be.

The t-shirt came fast after ordering it and it's beautiful. My daughter will love it! It's made with good quality!

fit true to size. i ordered up and they are huge but beautiful i’ll wear them huge. worth the few weeks in shipping. i will order again. worth the wait

Follow up from previous post, got my shirt today, sooo unbelievably disappointed.
Totally missing the “I” and “you will” So I have a shirt that says “as long as breathe remembered”! Totally disappointed after waiting two months for this do not order from here they are definitely not worth it. What a very impolite way to disrespect somebody that passed. Just sad that a company takes advantage of people that are mourning .
I was hoping I could post pictures of the shirt that is advertised and the one that I got. But apparently I cannot. I cannot believe how bad this is I am like totally shocked.
And when you go to contact them. You can email them but they have pre-picked categories so you can’t write what you want or what you want to explain.I am really totally like baffled by this. I cannot believe how bad this looks and how the words are missing.Oh if you call forget about it. Because you can only check the status or file a claim and anything that you pick tells you to visit the website. Which does absolutely no good because you cannot actually write to the company. Do not use this company I promise you you will be disappointed if you do. I am now going to the BBB to let them know that this company is a scam

I waited a little bit, with the Covid situation and all, I understood the inconvinient delay, but was so happy to recieve my T-shirt. The material is very nice and the graphic work is totally awesome. Great job. I recommend Shinehouse, just don't be a Ken or Karen about the delay, great things come to those who are patient.

It has been 30 days and the shirt is still in the printing state, I understand 10-20 days but 30 is a bit ridiculous, hopefully, this shirt is worth the wait.I will not be ordering any longer. If it doesn't ship soon I'll be calling the credit card company to refund my money.

The colors on my shirt are vivid. I really like the way it fits. Thank you for a beautiful and high quality product.

Yes it did take a while to get but it's definitely worth the wait....I will consider ordering again because their customer service was quick to answer my questions and I do like my item.

My order arrived on time. Process was easy. I love the T-shirt I got. It is beautiful & the quality is great.

My product was excellent however the delivery was horrible. The company you hire to deliver it just left it on my stairs. They didn't ring the door bell nor knock on the door. I happen to check my stairs at 3am and there it was. People take packages when they see it on stairs on front doorways. Your delivery company should establish better delivery methods so we can enjoy your products. Thank you.

I cannot find my order #. I ordered off of Facebook and I can’t email or speak to anyone about my order without it. I did not receive a confirmation email but the money was deducted from my account. Suggestions? I ordered on June 22 and still have not received my shirt.

Nice shirt - quick shipping

Ordered a TeeShirt 5/12. They say it’s Printing & will ship 6/10 !!!! It’s Now 7/20??????????? WHERES MY ORDER?? Can’t speak to a person. I ordered for a Gift. Will NOT BUY FROM THEM, AGAIN

Placed my order June 19 2020. It is now July 19 2020. I emailed them beginning of July. They replied saying it is expected to ship out July 17 2020. I emailed them again yesterday. They replied with sorry its delayed. They were so quick to take money day of order. They shouldn't take money until item ships. I am frustrated. I will not order from them again and I will not recommend them.

Finally received my shirt. Over two and a half months. The shirt is perfect. So if you can wait a long time it is worth it. I did have to email them numerous times to find out the status. They gave me some partial refunds and the last time I emailed they gave it a case number. Next day it was shipped. Good quality.
The problem was the wait.

I bought a t-shirt with my deceased niece on it for my mother. And set a receiving blue T-shirt with my niece. We received a stranger's T-shirt with their loved one out of a little black girl. when I complained I was told that they would redo my t-shirt and ship it but I haven't seen a damn thing yet. and asked what we should do with the T-shirt belonging to the little colored family and their loved one on it. I was told to just dispose of it however I seen fit. I will not do that I'm currently on Facebook trying to connect with someone in her family so I can mail them their loved ones shirt. this company is a joke to make such a mistake with someone to deceased loved ones involved it is completely unbelievable and I will never ever order anything from them again and I'm telling everybody I know do not order from them.

I ordered ONE T-shirt in the beginning of May, they deducted the money from my bank account the day after I ordered. It is now July 13th and I STILL have not received my order! I have emailed the company numerous times and they keep telling me that it’s printing! They ended up crediting me back half of the amount of the cost of the shirt, but won’t allow me to cancel the order and get full credit.
