Going the Extra Mile
My review is specific to the Support Team. I recently had a challenge and submitted a ticket for help. Jessica L (Product Manager) was wonderful and helped me investigate the issue, even going as far as brainstorming with me as I didn't have all of the info they needed to rectify the situation. She could've easily brushed me off but instead went the extra mile, something very unheard of these days. Jordan (Customer Success Specialist) helped close my ticket and was just as supportive. Major thank you to these two individuals for their superb customer support skills and for making our entire exchange enjoyable. You guys rock!

Great product. Before Shift I sometimes got mad when logging into different systems.
Shift does it automatically at keeps the sessions alive.

Genuinely useful and effective program
Genuinely useful and effective program! I have had Shift for several years to support my multiple email accounts from different sources. It is easy to use, simple, and helpful. The only reason why I don't give this five stars is that I doesn't have perfect integration with all emails. I recommend this program.

Works great! A stand-alone app for multiple email accounts
Everything is great except that sometimes the printing of an email doesn't work. It may be the fault of my computer because when I reboot, it starts working again. But when printing is not working in shift, I can still go to mail.google.com and print from there.
Otherwise it's a great product and a stand alone app, not buried in countless browser windows and tabs.
