Excellent service
We purchased Kaspersky Plus Licence key and had terrible trouble getting the code to be accepted. We contacted Shield My PC to check the code was valid. Marcus contacted me to say all good at their end, he then spent the best part of hour on the phone helping to decipher the problem and step by step we found the issue and now everything works. Thank you for your help and patience Marcus - 1st class service.

This is my second time purchasing Norton from Shield My PC and again the product was fairly priced for the number of licenses I need, with key codes sent within moments to my email. I had it installed on all three devices within minutes. Hassle-free purchase experience and in the past I've had friendly and prompt responses to product queries ahead of purchasing. They have a great range of anti-virus and VPN brands on offer, so there's plenty to choose from depending on your preferences. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing affordable anti-virus software.

There was a delay in receiving my download and keys and the first email could have been a little clearer in explaining how the software would be delivered. Other than that everything has been great.

Sorry you had trouble locating your order. It does clearly state on the product page that the key is sent by email. This is what customers want so they can continue their protection without interruption. As always we are only a phone call or email away if help is needed. We can also be reached via our online chat. We will always do our best to help.
Products are great & prices
The products are great, the prices are great. I asked for help in the chat, I got back, check on the website for more help. Not the best help, really is it? My problem was, How do I put in the code/serial for the software purchased. I was told the website to look at. You have to go to the redeem section in the account you made . Not very technical! Is it? Good price and product!

Hi, we are sorry you feel you did not get the help you needed. You contacted us via online chat and we responded instantly. We offered you all the help we were able to and even sent you a link to assist you. We are a retailer and can offer support and advice to a degree, however we are limited in what we are able to do if you do not know how to activate or use the software you purchased. As we advised, technical support is best provided by the manufacturer of the software as they are best placed to answer any technical questions you may have, and all have a technical support page on their website and some even have an online chat or phone support.
We are always happy to hear from our customers, so please feel free to call us on the phone during office hours it you need help, and we will do our best assist you.

Second renewal with shield my PC…
This is the second year I've used shield my pc for my antivirus protection. It was a very competitive price again, hence my renewal. The email was delivered instantly. The only thing I would give for improvement is that the email could be extra clear on which code is the renewal code as I did have to take a moment to work out which chain of text in the email it was.
