The table is great but the delivery driver refused to bring the 240 table to my shop door as promised. He dumped it in the parking lot and wanted me to figure out the rest. I reached out to shernbao about it but they seemed less than concerned about it.

Recieved Shernbao dryer , however the filter was missing. I sent an email regarding filter and received it promptly with a letter of apology for the oversite.

I like the longer hose. I just have to find a holder that can hold the hose at a higher height for easier use.

This is my second Shernbao dryer I’ve purchased and love the product. It’s comparable if not better than the more expensive dryers in its class and it is performing well. Quick shipping-no delays. Great product!

I like the free double dryer we got with our tub! The craftsmanship is beautiful on the tub. It’s welds are perfect and it’s very strongly made. There are some really neat features it has as well, very well thought out!! I feel good about my purchase!!!

I purchased the stand for my forced air dryer. I am just thrilled with the purchase. It tilts just the right amount, and with very little strength need to adjust the flow while grooming a dog. The stand is heavy duty, yet rolls around so perfect. I came to Shernbao because I purchased my forced air dryer from this company. It was easy to look up the model number, and match it to the stand. It arrived with the big black hoxe und, which makes getting a dog dry so much easier. Customer service is awesome, and delivery time was so fast, I was surprised.

The technical issue was resolved by customer care service. The technical representative was extremely helpful in identifying the issue promptly and solved the problem.

this is the second dryer I have ordered, needed one for the shop area and I have one I travel with, House call/home groomer. They work great and are not heavy to carry. Thank you
