Best price and assortment of healthy foods

This is my 3rd order. I have never had a problem, items are shipped quickly.

I ordered regular coffee and thought it was decaf. I emailed customer service less than 10 minutes after I placed the order. The company does not have a phone number, so you are forced to email. No response for 3 days, then "We can't cancel because the order was already sent to the warehouse." This company is unscrupulous and has no customer service. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint with PayPal. Bad business!!!!

I waited too long for my order to arrive, and when it did, the contents were damaged. The website advertised that if you order before 12/15, the order would arrive before Christmas. I ordered 5 tins of espresso on 12/13. I have emailed, and I've attempted not track shipping multiple times. On 12/29, and my order STILL hadn't shipped. There's no way to contact anyone, bc the website doesn't give you a number. Via email, I asked them to cancel my order. Surprised to see i received a shipping update, and items arrived on January 4th. When contents finally arrived, most of the tins were badly damaged. I reached out to the company again, and I was directed to send the items back...on my dime. After I tried to cancel and they shipped anyway, and after I sent photos of the damage. They should have offered to pay that return shipping. Guess I should have followed the advice of all the other reviews for this company. So few were positive, and now I know why.

Highly recommend! Christmas table cakes arrived fast and delivered in perfect condition. 5stars*****!

I only ordered one thing from Shel: just a bag of holiday candy. It came sooner than expected and in good quality.

Everything in the order is perfect, product quality, received on time all as expected. My only suggestion is about shipping charges - they are quite big.

Order was delayed due to COVID19 but they kept me informed. Happy with the item.

I am very impressed with your reaction to the shipment of cookies. If these had been for us to enjoy, I would have never said a word about them. However, the four boxes were for Christmas presents, and we just couldn't do that.
You have renewed my faith in ShelHealth, and we WILL re-order through you !

Took a week long. Boxes of sweets has been little damaged, I think you need to wrap in bubble wrap. Overal good job!

Order was delivered ahead of schedule and the packaging was high quality! I am definetely ordering again.

I wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered 2 bottles of facial cleanser & got 2 baby bottle nipples instead. There is no customer service number, only an email address, fingers crossed I will hear back.

Update: I did hear back from the seller, and I was issued a refund. It is unfortunate that there isn't a customer service phone number to call.

Took 7 days to receive shipment but happy with the product.

Took 2 weeks to receive product, but happy with it. Customer service gave $10 discount for my next purchase for this fault
