Very poor customer service
I'm working overseas presently and ordered a military folding knife, as I feel lost without the one I had for 25 yrs, Big mistake.
Ordered in August, and it is now November.
I've messaged them and got very little back,
A couple of weeks ago I emailed them and asked if it was likely to be dispatched and if not, then could I have a refund.
I got a reply stating that they would refund me and yet again nothing has materialised.
I've had to start a PayPal dispute in the meantime.
