Amazing instructors and courses, Ben has some fantastic practical life experiences to go with the course and tackles questions with the knowledge of what you'd expect an expert to have and has plenty of great jokes along the way!
Ben always delivers engaging and informative courses, earning the trust and respect of his learners and giving them the space and tools to upskill and develop, whatever their role and sector.
I think this is the best course I have attended. The media, the group, the content and of course the excellent tutors made it a really incredible week.

I attended the Agile Facilitation course with Ben and Jon and it was a great experience! Not only they are great facilitators themselves - the material was engaging, insightful and fun. Very hands on as well so we got to practice our new skills. Highly recommend it!
The course is brilliant. The trainers kept me interested, engaged and focused throughout. I loved the immediate application of what you learn in breakout rooms, thus enhancing learning. The homework sheets reinforced the learning. The regular breaks helped me recharge. The course never got boring for me at no point in time.
This is my third training course with Ben and Jon. I highly recommend any course by either trainer, both have a professional attitude and ensure everyone is included and made welcome. The course material is always well prepared and the course itself is engaging and well thought out.
