All around terrible service and poor communication from the start. I just had to cancel my order and request a refund.

I ordered labels for a business I’m starting on 5/22 and selected the “Ships in 6 days” option. I’m ready to go with my business and the only thing I’m waiting on are these labels. I had received my proofs and everything looked good. After about a week I check in on my order. There’s been no update, but I notice in my “order details” if I click around a bit there are warnings on my proof letting me know things might not print as designed. These are really important things to know but were not shown on my proof or made aware to me via email or any other way.

I’m a little nervous about that, but hoping everything prints fine. I’ve been waiting long enough, how much longer can it take?

A few more days go by and I reach out to customer service to see what’s going on. They tell me the “ships in 6 days” is not the time from placing an order until it ships out, but the amount of time it takes to get to me once they send it off. So there’s essentially no promise of turnaround time and, I would say, a misleading one up front.

They say it will ship 6/3. I’m checking my order everyday and it’s still in the “Pre Print” phase. No change. So today, 6/4 I reach out again. They say they are having a delay in processing because of a big holiday sale they had. I ask for an updated ship date and they can’t give me one, but ask me to wait a day or two and see what happens.

Look, I don’t mind a delay. Things happen, but give your customers a heads up! Leaving us in the dark is one of the worst things you can do.

They tell me if I cancel, I’ll only get a refund if they haven’t printed it yet. I’ve waited long enough, I was supposed to launch this business weeks ago. I thought I was getting a 6 day turnaround time and a good deal on a good product, but everything is pointing toward a disappointing one.

Mid-chat, the person helping me switches and I have to start the whole process over again. No “hey I’m clocking off, this person will take it from here”, just a “hi! How can I help?” In the middle of this customer service chat trying to get to the bottom of when o can expect these labels. Very poor user experience all around.

I went ahead and cancelled and see that I should have listened to the negative reviews that I saw before ordering, but as a mom starting a small business I was taking a chance on a low price. Turns out, it is cheap, not just in price but in quality, communication, and customer service. Not one aspect of this order has been satisfactory.

Never using sheet labels.com again.

No Adhesive on these labels! We used them on beach chairs and they didn't last 3 days in the Florida humidity. I bought the "weatherproof" labels and they are anything but. Won't purchase from here again. They really need to specify what "weatherproof" means in their mind...

Horrible. It’s been almost a month size I ordered this. Was promised a 4 day turnaround.

We've used this company numerous times and have always been very pleased with the quality and turn around for our orders. We will continue to use this company and recommend them to anyone whose services can benefit them.

They sent a completely different color then the proof and wouldn’t reprint claiming there was a “warming.” Lies.
Not to mention very cheap finish, better off printing at home for that. I asked for a reprint, of course because it looked nothing like the design I uploaded and approved. They offered 50% off on reorder if I printed the design and mailed a physical print 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ ridiculous. In what world does that make any sense.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

Ordered labels from them, came in the wrong color. It was supposed to be orange, came in red. No biggie. Mistakes happen.

Asked for a replacement. Was told to give pantones for the colors needed. Then told I gave the wrong format of pantones, and rather to give it in CMYK values. Then told to give the mockup in PDF form. All on separate emails. Annoying, but not a dealbreaker. Inefficiency seems to be the norm here.

My issue is after giving them all the information and files that they need that they could've easily done on their end, I was told I would be sent a proof to finalize the process.

10 days later, I reach out AGAIN to ask for updates. Then I was told to re-send pantones, and send another mockup in pdf. In other words, nothing was done with my order for 10 days. Wasted my time and money waiting for labels that never made it even to the mockup stage.

Asked for a refund, and of course they accepted, since no work has been done. I normally am very forgiving when it comes to online ordering, but this is unacceptable and outright absurd.

I will never order from this business again and will warn all to stay away. Incompetent company that needs to dissolve.

I started a label but without our logo, could not access it later, so started over. I made it very clear to not go on the version without the logo, only print the one with the logo, but they printed both otherwise identical orders and charged for both. They never replied to my emails about the problem.

The first sheet I put through, 3 labels came off, sticky side down and are now stuck inside the roller system. My $350 printer is destroyed unless I can get someone to take it all apart and put it back together. The labels will have to be scraped off the delicate areas and some time of glue remover used to remove them. Horrible product.

Do not get your items printed from these people. Horrible waste of money. They ask you to send them an upload of the items you want to be printed, give you a proof and tell you this is what your item will look like, and then when you get it, it has printer lines, then she tells me it's not printer line but the quality of the picture I sent her. I PRINT FOR A LIVING!! We needed extra help printing labels to get caught up, I KNOW WHAT PRINTER LINES ARE!!!! If the quality was bad, then why freaking print them??? I'll tell you why, because it's about the money, not the quality. Stay far away from this company they don't care about you order your items!

Great! The quality is awesome and the service is phenomenal.

I ordered my blank label stock at 4:15PM online and my order was on my doorstep by 11:00AM the next day. WOW! I've been ordering label stock from this company for over a decade now. The only issue for me has been a slight inconsistency from time to time of the die cutouts for my 4-up 3x5 sheet label stock. I only notice because the art for my label has a fine colored frame the bleeds off the edge and placement needs to be precise or the frame is uneven. I always print a test when I get a new batch of label stock and make adjustments as needed. Other than that, the quality is great and service can't be beat!

I am very disappointed with my experience with this company.

Despite the fact that I spoke to a Sheet Label representative about color-matching my labels, my first label order was not color-matched. I reached out to Sheet Labels to discuss the extreme difference in color from my logo. Even though I spoke to someone on the phone about color-matching my labels, I was told that since I did not include a request to color-match in the notes that I would not receive a refund for my order which totaled $37.92. I was informed by another representative that if I wrote in the notes that I would like my order color-matched and included the Pantone colors, that my labels would be color-matched.

I decided to give Sheet Labels another chance. I placed an order for labels again but, this time, I included a note that I would like my labels to be color-matched and included the Pantone colors. The total was $12.17. However, when I received my labels, I was extremely disappointed. My labels were completely different colors than the Pantone colors that I sent. For example, purples were blue, light pinks were maroon. I’ve never had this type of experience with a label company. This issue has been business-impacting.

I still do not have usable labels for my business and I am now out $50.09. I have spoken to many different representatives about this issue and I have been met with very rude responses and excuses for their inability to color-match.

I really appreciate the honest customer service of Sheet Labels. I first ordered from this company in 2020 and I've continued to purchase my labels from this company. Every time I order sheets of labels the corners are always damaged. So frustrating it causes the printer to jam.

This is not a good option for Canadians. The stickers I needed were $20 and the shipping was $25.99. I saw that there was free shipping if you spent above $55 so I got to $60 in things I didn't need and then the shipping only applied to US. It's hard to justify buying something with shipping rates that high for 4 sheets of stickers.

this is a very good company. the have exelent costomer servace. we did have a mix up with another order but they sent me new labels almost immmeditly. thijs is a great company. and i reccomend them to any small buisnes that needs labels. and also plese donot listen to any bad revews. this is a great company. and i am totaly satisfyed

Price for the same order, 50,000 pcs or roll labels, White BOPP, 2" circle stickers w/ Matte Laminate, went from $1,110.04 to $2,157 in a few months. Pretty ridiculous price raising.
