Bought a Power Shed from this company - weirdly they were cheaper than Power Sheds direct, even though Power Sheds had a sale on. The delivery process was really smooth - a rep called me direct to find out which day would work best, then on the day the driver called in advance to check I would be in. Then he helped get the shed pallet as close as possible to my garden gate, which required a lot of work on his part to get his van into position. Basically, it was all very smooth. When I unpacked the shed a couple of weeks later I found 3 of the battens were wonky - I emailed Shedzy about this at 10 pm, they emailed first thing the next morning to apologise, and at 9 am the next day a courier turned up at my house with replacement battens. Can't fault the service. And the Power Shed is great too - all constructed now and so much sturdier than I hoped.

Delivery was great, really fast and the delivery guy was really nice. Couldn't install the Summerhouse until a week later but all has gone well, hard work but it has gone up and looks and smells lovely! Really appreciated the additional customer service provided by Daniel via WhatsApp messages, reassuring me about my purchase, as I was concerned as I purchased a large summer house so it was alot of money to lose if there were problems. But it is great and I am very happy. I would recommend Shedzy as a supplier

Excellent from order to delivery and a great shed

After doing some research to find the best value shed, I decided to go with Shedzy. However, I do prefer to speak to staff rather than just blindly order online.
Having spoken to a very helpful and polite staff member I was reassured and went ahead with the order. I was kept informed from the 'get go' by email and even when the extreme weather temperatures delayed delivery by a day I was kept informed and received an apology by phone and email. I was also asked by the delivery company what access they had in order to send the order on the right lorry.
I have now put up the shed, the quality for the price is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend this company if asked. Thank you for your excellent product and customer service.

I’m writing this inside my log cabin. Shedzy were fantastic all the way, with updates and timely info on delivery and how it would happen. Followed the instructions and watched the video several times and couldn’t be more pleased. Great quality, great design and great result!
