SHE EPC Recensioni

Very quick and straightforward to book an EPC, and payment was simple with no hidden charges. The assessor arrived bang on time and was an absolute pleasure to engage with as well as being quick and efficient. Would definitely use this company again.

Lydia and Sasha did an EPC at very short notice and the certificate was uploaded within hour

I had a great experience with SHE EPC. There were a few scheduling conflicts on my end, but they made the whole process incredibly easy to arrange, liaising directly with the property managers to find a time that worked.

They arrived exactly on time, were professional and efficient, and I literally received my EPC certificate immediately after the assessment. The whole experience was completely hassle-free from start to finish.

Really great service and I would definitely recommend SHE EPC to anyone needing an EPC. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Efficient, effective and quick EPC assessment. Would recommend, very simple to arrange and get sorted.

Cost affective and excellent communication . I will use this company again for any other properties that require the service

Very happy with the service from SHE-EPC. I needed an EPC done quickly, got a quote and a booking in within hours, for the next day! Certificate followed soon after, great communication and customer service all along.

Excellent service from Lydia! She was quick to respond, very reasonably priced, and extremely respectful while at my property. I will definitely be using her services again in the future. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Booking the appointment was quick and easy and the EPC assessor arrived on time, was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The EPC was completed efficiently and I received the report the very same day. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable EPC provider and will definitely use them again in the future.

An excellent job done in a very professional manner!

I recently had an EPC carried out at my property on 24 July, and I was extremely pleased with the service. Lydia was professional, punctual, and very efficient throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, communicated excellently from start to finish, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Her friendly and knowledgeable approach was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this company, and especially Lydia, to anyone looking for a reliable and professional EPC service. Thank you for such an excellent experience!

Efficient, friendly introduction, but got on with the job while I got on with other things. She was ahead of time with her appointment and messaged before arriving.

Messaged Lydia on Friday night, she came out on Sunday, did two quick and efficient EPCs, and had both reports back to me by Monday next day! Friendly, timely, and highly professional. It is so rare to find a business this efficient and easy to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone needing an EPC!

The communication and professionalism were brilliant from the outset. The phone was answered quickly and I was booked in for an EPC promptly.
The process was straightforward and the service was friendly and efficient.
Considering how brilliant they were, I was surprised the price of their EPC service is the most competitive I could find in London.
