Order of a Carpet Cleaner.
Helpful staff when I rang up about my order. Nice to have a very helpful assistant when I collected my order.

Didn't end up using SHC
We tried to hire a concrete vibrator which on the website says it cost £30 for the day's hire.
When we got there before even showing us whether it was the tool we requested they took a £100 deposit. Then we realised after they showed us the tool it was the wrong size and they didn't actually have what we were after, and it had a hidden fee of an additional £30 to hire the motor for it to work. The man at the desk took forever to find the tool/ look for the right tool, etc.
It wasted an hour of our work day for us to not hire any tools in the end, and left us £100 out of pocket for not even hiring anything.
They would not refund us straight away either.
And then I recieved an invoice for a full day's tool hire!
The whole experience was completely unprofessional and I wouldn't have left a review but I keep receiving emails badgering me to know how my experience was.

hired the carpet/upholstery cleaner. What a beast of a machine in comparison to the Rug Doctor which is a more expensive hire from the supermarket.
Easy to use and magnificent results.
Store staff very friendly and helpful.
Will definitely use again

Machine was available at short notice but the transformer wasn’t so they swapped in another more powerful transformer at the same price. Machine was lifted into the truck
