She replies quite fast and her dedication to helping me get better was top notch. Finally bagged my SVQ3 in grand style after sometime. Welldone Tracy.

I just completed my SVQ. Do you know what? I met the best Assessor. Ma Tracy, is an Assessor per excellence worthy of emulation in all ramification; BRAVO and HUGS. Her approach, flexibility and style is second to none, breaking down difficult ideas and concepts vis-a-vis applicable Codes and Legislations in the Health and Social Care Sector, providing the needed resources/materials and ALWAYS prompt in response.
