Love the beer, but the delivery really lets it down, some weeks it arrives within 3 days, other times it takes over a week

Ordered 24 bottles of Atlantic Pale Ale, received 24 cans. I phoned them, they said keep the cans and they will send the correct bottles. 24 bottles of Doom Bar arrived. So I emailed to explain the second mistake.
They organised another shipment and a pickup of the Doom Bar.
I waited in all day for the pick up and drop off. Pickup didn’t happen and the drop off didn’t happen until 10pm so I changed date of drop off. Drop off happened yesterday but still no pickup. I have emailed Sharps Brewery several times, no answer.
Answer my emails, stop wasting my time, get it together with your shipping!

Fantastic beer, great plastic free packaging, quick delivery, great customer service. I will definitely be ordering again and would encourage anyone thinking of it to just go ahead and do so!

I am unable to drink alcohol due to the medication I have to take but love the taste of beer, with Doom bar Zero this is no longer a problem. Fantastic tasting beer and I can still function. As for service this was also fantastic delivered to my door, what more can you ask for. Well done Sharp's Brewery you have made me a very happy man again.

Shocking absolutely rubbish uve let your self down!

offshore is a fantastic unique tasting lager. With the 10% sign up bonus covering the delivery cost the price was good. No complaints and definitely recommended.
Just a shame you can't pick it up on the shops and have to get it delivered.

Ordered 20 litre Doom Bar bag in box with Black Friday discount to hook up to my Pint 365 beer engine. Delivered on time by excellent courier service from DPD. Sharps even sent me out a pump clip without extra cost. Weather is cold, but beer has lasted much longer than the 5 days promised. It is good to see they still have excellent customer service ethos, despite large organisation ownership. I will be ordering again soon! Thank you Sharps and keep doing what you are doing!

Appauling service- massive let down.
As best man for a wedding i was asked to arrnage a fresh box 36pnts of Atlantic for the groom as it is a favorite beer and rightly so however i contacted Sharps, arranged a specific delivery date due short life span of beer (only 5 days) but it didnt arrive, chased all day and waited in for the delivery thursday, eventually told it was delayed, called the today, the day of the wedding and after waiting for ages on the phone they told me it had been damaged in transport and wouldnt be delivered or relaced, no real appology, no effort to resolve and not way of compensation ther than hopefully get my money back. now left without the beer promised and really appauled by lack of service understanding or willingness to fix the situation by Sharps. in all great beer but dont waste your time with the brewery shop or online as they cannot be trusted to provide the service, better off going to your supermarket and just buying the bottles! uttely dissapointed and let down the wedding party:(

I have consumed many pints of Doom Bar during many holidays in Cornwall. Recently, because of medical reasons, I have had to reduce my alcohol intake to 5 units per week. Thank you Sharp's Brewery for Doom Bar ZERO - similar if not identical taste and I can drink it with confidence. Later this year I am celebrating my 60th birthday by having a holiday in Cornwall with my family. You guessed it, Doom Bar ZERO will be an important guest to our holiday and birthday celebrations. Hopefully, if brewery tours are reinstated, I may visit you too... Thank you, excellent product for those that enjoy the taste but are restricted in drinking alcohol. All the best, Brian

Ordered 48 cans off offshore on Tuesday hoping it would be here for the bank holiday weekend, got the delivery estimate of 6th of April, which was reasonable even if I was a bit gutted It wouldn't be there for the weekend. However, fear not! 48 hours later got a text to say my parcel would be delivered on Friday, just over 48 hours after placing the order. Great service and offshore is an incredible pilsner thoroughly recommended.

Theres no doubt that Sharps do make some very nice beers, and the people in the shop do try to be very helpful and friendly(via phone and email), however the whole process gets let down by their carrier.
I have placed 3 orders for a polybin (36 pints) in the last 3 years. Each time there was some occasion or celebration, each time the order was placed well in advance with a delivery date of the day before. The first occasion was a joint birthday party, small marquee and everything. Delivery was due the day before, we waited and waited, contacted the shop "it should arrive by the end of the day", it didn't. In desperation on the morning of the party I was rushing around Wiltshire trying to purchase a polybin off the shelf, there was little or no choice at such late notice, but I secured one from K&A Brewery. Raced home to help with the preparations when in the middle of the afternoon the Sharps beer arrived, delivery was accepted by one of the helpers. Too late of course, I will say that Sharps were very generous, they refunded the cost of the polybin, and even sent a few bottles during the following week, but it shouldn't have happened. A year or so on I ordered again, for a similar situation, I checked the tracking information from my desk, looked promising,goods had arrived at our local depot (Basingstoke 55mls away) . Time passed and I checked the tracking which now said consignment returning to hub! What? I got onto Sharps shop for them to chase it up. I don't have an email trail for this but I think they dispatched another polybin even though it was going to be a day late. We held our nerve, and yes it arrived just in time, and again Sharps said we could have the beer for free, I felt slightly embarrassed, and I said so, 72 pints ordered over 2 years and all of it free thanks to parcel force and sharps being so decent.
So guess what, I decided to order another Polybin for christmas 2018, I asked to have it delivered on Friday 21st. After I'd placed the order I wondered what would happen if the delivery didn't arrive, could it be solved before christmas? I asked Sharps if they could bring the delivery forward to Thursday 20th, building in a safety buffer, they said they could. So did it arrive on the Thursday? No, I didn't even get a notification. I contacted the shop who said it would now arrive on the Friday, but the attitude had changed, it was much more of "we dispatched it, we did our bit, we suggest you contact Parcel Force". I reminded them that until we signed for it the responsibility was all theirs. That was a shame I had to do that. However they did contact Parcel force, and I was to expect it between 10.42 - 11.42. It arrived at 12.30, in a hired van, driver with no uniform, but it had arrived!
I probably won't order again from Sharps as long as they use the same carrier, plus, I lost an extra day of the 5 days you might have got for drinking it. Equally we are now blessed with several local breweries that I can simply collect from, without the worry, and of equal or better quality.
