I had a very disappointing experience with Sharifulenterprise. From the start, communication was slow and unclear. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic answers, and even then, the replies felt vague and not very helpful. They present themselves as a professional import-export company, but my experience didn’t reflect that at all.

There were delays in the process with no real explanation, and it felt like they weren’t very organized. At one point, I asked for specific documentation, and they kept pushing it off or sending incomplete files. It made me question whether they actually knew what they were doing.

I wouldn’t recommend working with them unless they make serious improvements in how they handle clients and communication. Definitely not the smooth international experience they promise.
