Carmel Hohmann!! Is incredibly helpful and a genuinely sweet and caring person. Me and my wife where very worried about coverage. She put us at ease with answering all of our questions. Making us feel great about joining the sharewell community. We now feel like we've made the right decision. Thank you so much!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Ms.Carmel Hohmann! She went above and beyond to help us figure out our health insurance, and what started as a very stressful, overwhelming situation turned into something so much more manageable because of her.

I was honestly so stressed that I even got a little emotional on the phone, but Carmel was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring the entire time. She took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense and made me feel completely supported and at ease.

It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares the way she does. If you ever need help with health insurance, I highly recommend Carmel!! She is truly a lifesaver!

I felt pretty isolated and didn’t know where to go for support. At first I just joined a couple groups to listen and see what it was like. What surprised me was how genuine everyone was. People aren’t trying to fix you or judge you, they just share their experiences and support each other.

Over time I started talking more in the groups and it’s honestly helped my confidence and my mental health a lot. The hosts do a great job keeping things safe and welcoming. I’ve also met a few people who I now see regularly in different groups which makes it feel like a real community.

I know some people complain about paying for things online, but for me it’s been completely worth it. I get more out of one good session here than I do from scrolling social media for hours. It’s one of the few places on the internet that actually feels supportive and positive.

I was hesitant to pay for something like this at first, but honestly ShareWell has been worth the money for me. The groups feel real and supportive and I always leave feeling a little better than when I logged on. It’s helped me through a really lonely period and I’m grateful I found it.

So helpful. Worth it.

I just went through a soul crushing divorce and ShareWell is what got me back on my feet. I looked and looked, nothign out there like it.

Read these review carefully folks. The people that give a 1 or 2 star either got kicked off bc they acted badly or are complaining that it can't just be free…

This is one of the only services that has helped me. Thank god it exists.

Sharewell marketed themselves as a platform that prioritizes making mental health services accessible. Instead they have taken advantage of a vulnerable customer base by increasing prices with no prior notice and making access to essential support groups practically impossible. They made their services free to boost their user base, and once that was achieved they priced out those same people. Take your money elsewhere. This is a company that cares about their bottom line, not mental health.

This company betrayed the trust of the community that built itself on their platform. They created an unannounced paywall that blocked the subscribers from their daily support. The CEO admitted that they did not consult any mental health providers before doing this. They are greedy, dishonest, and dismissive.

This company does not care about people with disabilities and, its no longer a good platform

I've been a member of ShareWell for the last 9 months or so. It has been a wonderful experience. I've gotten a lot of support from my peers, been able to get help navigating and working thru trauma I've experienced.

HOWEVER, due to very recent changes, without any kind of communication beforehand, ShareWell has suddenly implemented a very STEEP cost to access support groups and strictly limiting the once free sessions, led by people who are NOT paid.

For the groups that have always been free on ShareWell, the people hosting groups have volunteered their time. Some have spent hours of time preparing, planning out and structuring their sessions for each day. Some, have rotating hosts, based on the same exact structure of the group, to make sure it's available for their peers.

There are those of us, who are disabled, live in poverty, who are very isolated and don't have help, others have lived thru traumas, or mental health struggles and we have built these support groups into our daily routines. The sudden price tag, with very high costs, is a betrayal of trust to the members of this platform. I can understand needing to generate funds in order to invest in the growth and continuance of ShareWell however, this could have been rolled out in a much better way.

ShareWell has developed a strong platform of reviews, testimonials, and hard work put in by those of us who were not paid. By pulling the rug out from under us like this, it's not just a betrayal of trust. It's showing the members of this platform, who have devoted time and energy into growing this platform as well, it shows us we are just "guinea pigs", the testers, and now we don't matter.
I'm very disappointed and suddenly feel displaced, from the Mental Health support platform I had grown to trust.

I purchase HSA Sharewell, they mentioned they will cover everything for a family and my deductible is $3000, but once I started submitting the medical bills and fees they said that plan for which I pay $700 per month only covers the screening for STDs and Drug abuse, which I do not need, I need my money refunded. This company is a scam stay away from this

Most of the groups are just hangouts with facilitators who are not qualified to run a group. However, there are some qualified facilitators. The overall organization of this site is sloppy, with little qualifications by the people who run it to know how to make this a professional site.

I have had mixed experiences with Sharewell. Hosts appear to lack basic training. I had a host today try to talk through the entire meeting about herself. I had to ask her to allow people to speak. Hosts stop showing up.to.their Groups. It's free. Hosts aren't professionals. But they should be trained in basic skills to create a safe space. I have left Groups feeling traumatized and emotionally abused. I have also had a few good experiences.

Being new to Sharewell, I had lots of questions. I spoke with Jaclyn for over an hour with questions about coverage, prescriptions, office visits, emergency visits and how to submit claims. She was very patient, very professional and a pleasure to talk to. I got all my questions answered in detail, and she even went beyond the call of duty by submitting a claim on my behalf to be processed pronto. Excellent experience!

I just recently started hosting on ShareWell and I'm really liking it! Even though I have a diverse background in public health and mental health, I still found the live trainings and free courses super helpful and informative. Attending Mpumi's become a host info groups have been especially great! I look forward to continuing to improve my hosting skills and connecting with likeminded people!

It was OK at first and seemed to really help. Then I have no idea what I did, but I noticed that the core group of peer support hosts started gossiping about what I had shared in groups and basically began bullying me. It was extremely odd. This site tracks and monitors you and does not respect anonymity or privacy rules. The people are OK at first until you do something to piss them off apparently. I have no idea what I did. I started to try to host groups that may have conflicted w the times of their groups. I’m just someone with mental health issues looking for help and connection. Instead, the people that led most of the sessions, bullied me off the site for no reason. Thankfully I’m not in a really vulnerable period of mental health bc if I was this may have taken me out. It’s really horrible to feel like the odd one out on a mental health/neurodivergent peer support site. That literally just should not happen.

Just another service using free sessions bait to funnel you into a paid subscription. Pay fur a therapist is a better investment. Beware peer led therapy, you don't know what they know but you can absolutely be damaged by what they don't. There are accreditation and laws around therapeutic modalities for a reason. This is you mind, the cornerstone of your ability to live life. Don't let untrained individuals stomp around in there.

Sharewell is a fantastic platform for peer support. I love the sessions. There are interesting topics, and if you don't find what you want, you can create it. I enjoy the exploration!

I found ShareWell during a tough time in my life. The groups I have attended are well run, with a focus on kindness and community. I have found ShareWell to be more helpful than I expected.
