Great App for social investments. Recommended!

Inexperienced customer service team, especially the team in Poland. They do not posses the basic etiquettes of customer service, lack empathy, shrewd responses. Try and hire workforce with good professional background.

I am still waiting for my referral money to go in my account I try to send massage but no response

I signed up to Shares around 6 weeks ago.

In that time, I've encountered an app which has told me I have no investments with them (bug in the app), a customer service department which neither apologises or takes responsibility for their companies errors.

I asked them to disclose the name and contact details of their independent regulator as I have concerns about the product this company is offering. The request was ignored. I am aware their regulatory body is the FCA (as stated on their website).

In the end, I closed my account.

Love this app! Earned £20 from a referral bonus, couldn’t withdraw for 30 days so instead of waiting I decided to invest. Now I’m waiting £406.60 going into my account, takes around 4 business days. Already withdrawn £20 previously too from shares I sold. Would defo recommend investing in Amazon!

Shocking company, read the small print. They like to hold your funds for whatever reason, more than likely to accumulate. Want to deposit? Great, wait at least 1 business day for I'm your instant bank transfer to be confirmed.. Want to withdraw? Sure wait at least 3-4 business days and we'll release your funds. Crazy, this is 2022 btw!

Amazingly simple and brilliant for beginners woukd highly recommend

Really good app, so all you need to do is sign up and use your national insurance number for ID no photo ID needed, you then receive a free £20 share this can be invested or once settled you can sell and wait for 30 days and withdraw so basically a free £20. Really easy to use app, and also free withdrawal. Welcome bonus/referrals also work really well.

Terrible terrible app. It Let me link my bank account and even deposit. Then when I go to sell my share it doesn’t let me. Contacted the live chat and was told I’d be “contacted by the tech team tomorrow afternoon”. Still waiting 4 days later

Absolutely amazing app for investing. It looks beautiful, it's super easy to use, and the social element really adds something that I've never seen before with investing apps. You can see what your friends are buying and selling, which is a really low-effort way of learning about trading. You can invest from £1, so you can just dip your toe in and learn at your own pace. This is an investing app you actually enjoy spending time on. 10/10

Completely useless app , one of my friends referred me to it , so i joined it , 5 minutes later received an email to say my accounts active , yet in my app 3 days later , its still in review mode , sent them a message on 1 of their facebook pages and got completely ignored , don't bother wasting your time with this newbie app , there's plenty of better ones out their like trading212 !!
