This is A SCAM. DO NOT!!!!!!! BUY FROM THEM!!! I BROUGHT BRAS MARCH 17TH. IT IS APRIL 14TH AND I AM STILL WAITING!!!I USUALLY READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING BUT I DIDN'T THIS TIME. LESSON LEARNED.

Horrible bra didnt fit even though i did the sizing tortorial.
Then they wouldn't refund or exchange.... a scam!!!!

I thought I could order and be one of the lucky ones who did not get scammed like everyone else on this page. I thought I could be protected by consumer law or any of the regulatory agencies or even by my bank. NOPE. No protection from this scumbag of a company. They have swindled hundreds of women, and I promise you, you will not be the exception. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS. They will take your money and leave you for dead.

Wish could give them a ZERO!! I have emailed and emailed to get a refund. I keep getting emails from them saying look at the size guide and we will send you another for shipping cost $9.99. I have not been able to find a phone number and I am out over $50.00!!
The bras are so small that my 9 year old granddaughter could fit them and she is tiny!

Absolute garbage. These are not even real bras. Apiece of elastic with a removable pad shoved into the cup. No fit. Inaccurate sizing. Don’t even consider buying these. RUN and Forget you ever saw the ad scam

I sized up from the recommended size and what i received were cheap, nasty flimsy bras which were no where near big enough..i emailed and asked for a refund and received the same reply as the other reviewers, that i can only get a refund if the goods were damaged and not bought in the sale…the WHOLE website is always on sale and their website returns/refund policy is totally fake…however my bank said they can do a chargeback as the goods are not as advertised and the refund policy on the website was not being upheld. So please try this way to get your money back before giving up. hopefully the website will cease trading this load of rubbish!
EDIT AS OF 25/3/26 I got a full refund from my bank and they have persued the company at their end so it’s worth a try for anything purchased and not fit for purpose or companies who do not adhere to their own refund/return policy!

Shapedly advertised appealing product. Ordered 2 different cup sizes understanding a return/exchange was available.
After waiting several days to a reply about the return/refund, went through a series of emails telling me I would have to pay $22 shipping cost for a return or exchange. The bra only cost $15.
Shamefully, I just checked reviews showing the company is clearly a scam.
I do not expect a satisfactory solution and will dispute the charges based on deceptive practice.

Omg worst ever experience with a company is call Shapley my order took 3 weeks to get here ever bought 3 I know my size isn’t what it’s all about to top it off wanted to return but have to pay 21.99 for return the merchandise back I’m very disappointed on this item I would not recommend it at all very disappointing customer

Never got my order and would not answer my emails

I have been a longtime customer of this company, primarily purchasing shapewear. Over the past year, I also ordered a few bras that fit reasonably well. Recently, I purchased two Smoothing Comfort Wireless Jelly Bras. According to their size chart, a 36C corresponds to a medium, which is what I ordered.
When the package finally arrived (late), the bras were extremely small and clearly inconsistent with the sizing chart. I contacted customer service and spoke with three different representatives, explaining the sizing discrepancy. Their initial response was to remind me of their return policy. They then offered to send a different size if I paid a $15 reshipping fee.
When I attempted to reply and decline that offer, my emails were returned to me, as if I was blocked from responding further.
It’s disappointing because I have been a loyal customer. The one time there is an issue, instead of standing behind their sizing chart, they expect me to pay additional money. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide that this will be my last purchase from this company.

I'm so disgusted with this company. The products are not shapely anything its cheap material turned into too small pieces of crap. Not one of the bras fit. They won't answer any of my emails about these pieces of crap that took a month to arrive. DONT ORDER HERE!!!

Don’t buy from here!
Poorly fitting items - ordered 34J bra. The cups are half the size of a normal J size.
No response to numerous emails.
Now stuck with a bra that doesn’t fit and £29 out of pocket.

Back smoothing bra never fits no matter what size, ive bought 3 so far, that cheap plastic underwire pops right thru and the body shaper only works for people that they use in their ads that are already snatched👎🏾

The bras run very small. My boobs spill out of the bra, pushes them together in an odd way and gives me weird under arm boobs.

I used my eyebrow archer to make a small cut to remove the underwire from the bra. I wear it as a sports bra, so I can salvage some of my money that I wasted on 3 bras.

Don't order from them!!! I ordered from Shapedly and after i seen on my credit card the company is in Germany. I sent an email to cancel after a place the order and prior to being shipping. They will force you to take there product and wont cancel it. I have sent several email and disputing with my credit card company. Then the delivery company that they use will mark it delivered in front of your house and take them package. They want you to pay for the redeliver when the company never left the package and won't refund your money. The picture will show your house and the person will take they picture in the car. And drive off with the package.a complete scam!!!!

I ordered one of their snatchedfit butt-lifting capri shapewear from Shapelay since the 21st of October 2025 it's now January 1st 2026 and I have not received a tracking number for the shipment. Despite multiple emails sent to their customer service no one has gotten back to me with any information as to where, when or how I will get a refund... I am starting to thing that this company Shapelay is a SCAM😞

5 attempts to get instructions on how to return items with no response. Would not recommend using this company. Will not order again.

I wrote a review on shapely and I told him I would continue to write reviews because they too like to take advantage of fat people trying to get shit skinny or let's say healthy that's better and that's basically it the price was good service was horrible but I didn't have to worry about them getting me product cuz I could get it in town not like zealthy who ships to you and then you're in their hands to get good product well shapely leaves it up to you but if you don't have a dollar if you have $98 they're not about to do your service even though you want to stay on track and this and that and you've been going through them for 2 months always having the money they get snippy over a dollar so they cut me off because the lady didn't like me complaining cuz if you complain they'll cut you off the medication cold turkey not referring you anywhere else and you have nowhere else to go and you tell them this and they could care less why because you made a complaint about the person you were dealing with cuz the person you're dealing with wasn't going to make an exception you have a 12 year old boy you're dealing with who sounds so ridiculously uncomfortable talking to anybody it's got to be somebody's little brother or you've got somebody that doesn't speak English so good luck with them but all I know is they cut me off cold turkey out of meanness and I knew they were going to they didn't tell me gave me last minute deals after they made me wait for 2 weeks. Left me high and dry.
