Amazing service
Amazing service, has changed my life. Given myself guilt free me time for once and the shakti makes me relax beyond relax…I normally fall asleep which I don’t normally do easy. It takes my tension away. You just have to get over the first few minutes(which I love) and drift into blissful peace. Thank you shakti 🙏🙏❤️
Refund policy is a scam!
I ordered a mat and pillow, I returned the pillow I think after a month or bit longer. They said they have processed the return on 30th dec 25. I checked my account last week (well over 10 days later) but no refund so I asked again. I was sent another email this time it will be processed between 3-5 days, lo and behold no refund! It’s just a scam! I will never buy from them again and I will tell all my friends and family how bad they are. I have initiated a dispute via the bank to get my refund!

Quality products but shockingly poor (as in total lack of) customer service lets this operation down badly.
No contact telephone number, no response to three emails sent to any of their email addresses.
Very quick to take your money but their money back guarantee appears to be a completely empty promise.

Customer service is rubbish, I contacted them on Tuesday morning and its now the end of the day on Friday and still not reply. They message I received back said 24 to 48 hours. I've chased today and still no reply.

one small order sent in two parts, why? Two separate deliveries, two separate packing materials, two separate carbon loads when the items were very small and could have been packed easily together. It also confuses your customer when you update as completed order and I only have one half of my order.
Won't order from again and will go to amazon.
Not impressed with the passive…
Not impressed with the passive aggressive emails from customer services. I ordered a to-go mat and free tote, was asked at checkout to chose the colour of the tote, which I did. The mat arrived without the tote so I replied twice over 2 months. The order confirmation said to reply to that address if I had any questions. In the third month I decided to find another way to contact them. The reply I got was so rude. I was told I hadn’t ordered correctly and even though I had told them I had been in contact twice I was told that this was the first contact from my end. So having been accused of lying I was rewarded by ‘I’ve got you’ and a couple of stars!!! No thanks. I’m a professional who’s probably old enough to be your mum. I wouldn’t have minded if the rest of the email had been accurate.
So please, remember that not all your customers want to be your friend, we would prefer good service and respectful communication.

My shipment arrived very quickly and the quality is amazing. I had never used one of these mats before, but now I absolutely love it! The packaging was super thoughtful as well. I ordered it to help me relax after work and to ease my back pain, and it has truly been a game changer. I’m hooked now and definitely plan to try other products. Thank you Shaktimat team!
Wonderful products, arrived very quickly and in perfect condition
I have ordered a premium Shakti mat and pillow, which I liked so much I have also ordered the brass ball, the headband and the eye mask. I love them all! They all arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. The first time I used the mat and pillow I went to sleep! I’ve used them every day since. I’m so pleased I took a gamble and tried them. I’ve also found the free Shakti Shala app helpful.
Best customer service ever, and love the mat
Best customer service ever. My shakti mat was not up to quality standards, and they replaced the mat and pillow for free. In between they had some warehouse problems as you can see in the reviews below, but in the whole process they kept me updated about it. Their european distributor went bankrupt, and they had to start up a new location etc. Every few weeks I received an update, and I even got an upgrade to their new pillow instead of the old one that they were replacing.

Ordered a mat with 100+ euro costs
Edit now half way july and still nothing! The company talks about a warehouse company in between that is broke! But they are not communicating at all, keep you in the dark.

Ordered a mat 21st of may with 100+ euro costs. Now more than 2 weeks later nothing shipped. Contacted company and got an excuse it will be processed and they are in contact with warehouseteam. One week later nothing... no emails no communication... i won't buy here anymore.
After another email i got an excuses their warehouse company gone bankrupt. So i could choose 10% paid back and wait or cancel complete order. I choose 10% to see if they would keep their word. Received it 4 days later. Will wait another week or maybe 2 and if not reveived anything will cancel all. Sure will update it here.
Order still unfulfilled after three weeks
Placed an order on april 27th, didn’t receive any status update in the following week so I reached out to Shakti via email. I was told the order is showing as 'Unfulfilled' (not shipped) on their end.
Next, on May 6th, I receive an email saying “We want to assure you that the order will still be processed within the next day or two. We are constantly in touch with the warehouse team to resolve this issue.” But up until today there has been zero progress.
At this point it’s still unclear to me how far along my order is, but I had hoped that my order would have been in compliance with the advertised 1-3 working days delivery time.
Haven't received my order for weeks due to processing problem?!
Hi! I was wondering if anyone here is experiencing the same thing as I am. I placed an order at shakti on the 26th of April and I still haven't received my order. The help center is quick with replying to my emails (which is nice) but they keep saying that something went wrong with processing my order and that they are trying to solve it. When, after some back and forth emailing I was starting to get frustrated, they sent
me the following explanation (on the 8th of May): "At the moment, we are experiencing an unexpected backlog, with around 230–250 backorders in the system. Our team is currently working through them manually, and I want to reassure you that your order is in the queue and will be dispatched very soon. As soon as it ships, you'll receive your tracking information right away."
They also sent me a 10% discount for all the trouble, but still, it's now the 18th of May and I still have no idea when I am going to receive my products. As they said that it's a problem with 250 backorders, I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing difficulty....

Binnen 1 tot 3 dagen zou het binnen zijn. Niet dus. Na een week verder status nog steeds op status order ontvangen. Contactformulier ingevuld en snel reactie dat er inderdaad iets mis was en binnen 24 tot 48 uur zou ik meer informatie ontvangen. Niets meer gehoord. Ook niet op vragen daarna! Ik heb Visa gevraagd de betaling terug te halen.

Excellent products and excellent customer service. Have tried various acupressure mats and this is by far the best I have tried. I previously tried a cheaper brand and returned it very quickly and invested in a premium level 2 mat and pillow and it is so worth it. I've just ordered a weighted blanket to intensify the experience and I can't wait till it arrives 😄

I can't say the products are bad as I didn't get to buy them but I did contact them for support.
The response from somebody called Karan was contrary to everything they say on the website. As such I really don't know what to believe or even whether the information they are giving is accurate.
Very disappointing, cannot recommend at this time and definitely won't be spending my money given there own support team don't know which of the three mats they sell is meant to be the gentlest. One answer on there website, a different answer if you ask for advice.
Paying a premium, (a substantial premium I should say) because this is a supposed 'Known Brand' is one thing but when there own staff clearly don't know what they are talking about it all becomes a very disappointing experience.
Their returns/exchange policy is the only thing that would make me even consider this brand as a purchase, 60 days apparently to return or exchange if you're not happy,
For now though, at least until the company can confirm for me otherwise (I'm not holding out for another response) I can only recommend you stay away and buy something just as good elsewhere for a fraction of the price.

I was a little dubious about ordering a Shakti mat, however as I suffer regularly from back and shoulder pain which is exacerbated by the manual work I do, I was willing to try anything!
It arrived about 4 days after I ordered it.
The mat hurts quite a bit when you first lay on it, however this soon turns into a radiating warmth which is easily tolerable- my husband fell asleep the first time using it!
As I’ve used it a few times now I’ve discovered that it’s far easier to pass the first minutes of discomfort.
Incredibly- my back and shoulder pain has improved dramatically!
Another side effect that both my husband and I have noticed is that after using the mat we have the deepest sleep we’ve ever experienced!
I’m so pleased with my purchase!
