I was at the location in Bristol (near the Galleries) today and the manager there was VERY Friendly and kind, we had a great chat and the milkshake itself was to die for. Absolutely amazing, will definitely be coming back next time I'm there!!

had to wait fifteen minutes before we could even order, when we did there were no fries which was okay it wasn’t the lady’s fault but it then took and additional ten minutes to prepare one milkshake and one smoothie. the milkshake and a very weird texture and the smoothie wasn’t fully blended. so overall it was disappointing. however for two people before me they ordered and then ten minutes after ordering were told their order couldn’t be made so they would need to get a refund or get a milkshake instead. overall it took excessively long and the drinks were not worth £5 in any way. the girl serving us seemed nice though i guess.
Ran out of fruit so offered other fruit had no idea they would charge £1 per item of fruit as an alternative. Cost £9 for a regular shake. 2 bits of sharp plastic in the cup. Someone took our initial order as they are so muddled and so rude. First time I've ever used this place and shocked at the lack of care and service. A child could swallow sharp plastic.
Had a poor value and quality shake recently.
When I complained to challenge this and ask for a goodwill gesture they became very rude and defensive and accused me of ripping them off.
Clearly they don't like dealing with complaints
Used to be amazing, I feel as if the Kit Kat milkshake doesn’t taste the same as before though. But still good and yummy.

Had a low sugar ice cream milkshake in Winchester. It should be thick but it was more like flavoured milk. Also the staff were slow and looked bored. Not good
