Lille restaurant, hvor gæsterne kommer tæt på hinanden. Vist også et ret lille køkken. Ventede 50 minutter på maden, som for så vidt var veltilberedt, men de forskellige retter smagte stort set ens. Små portioner: ET lille fad ris til deling mellem 7 personer og så skulle vi betale ekstra for mere ris!! Priserne middel. Vi prøver en anden restaurant næste gang.

Københavns bedste indiske! Råvarerne er friske og gode og ejeren laver selv sine krydderiblandinger og fortæller gerne passioneret om sin madlavning. Vi er kommet her i mange år og går altid tilfredse herfra. Fantastisk! Og kan anbefales til alle.

I wouldn’t go back here even if I was payed. The waitress was extremely unhelpful and had an attitude. When asked about Gluten Free the language barrier was too much.
Our main meals were brought out before my husband had finished his starter and no apology, and it was shoved in front of us. The butter chicken was dry. The paneer left an awful taste in my mouth. And £52 for the lot… small portions and ridiculous. Don’t go if you don’t want a bad stomach afterwards !!

It was a great experience for our whole family. Good Indian massage ingredients, good service good atmosphere. I will Strongly recommed.

Shahi indian restaurant offers a very good dining experience that pleases the senses. The cozy ambiance, filled with the different aroma of spices, sets the stage for a very good meal. The menu was well laid out and easy to choose from. We ended up going for their Chicken Tikka Masala and Paneer Butter Masala which were actually surprising and each bursting with authentic taste and expertly prepared. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing a friendly experience. For a genuine taste of India in a warm and inviting setting, this restaurant is a must visit. Highly recommended!

I have visited many indian restaurants in Copenhagen, but this was very good from many aspects. When I first came to the interest of this restaurant, it was not looking amazing from the outside compared to the other indian restaurants in Copenhagen. But when I went inside and I saw combination of the colors and the restaurant, the light and everything was cozy. And when I sat down on a sofa it was amazing. We ordered some startes which was amazing. And the main dish we ordered butterchicken, chicken tikka masala, lamb spinach and lamb rogan josh. And all of them were amazing and well flavoured. And we all got the suitable spices for everybody. And the services was also very good. I will stronlgy recommend this restaurant.

So here i visit this crazy restuarent after reading the review on google. Honestly i wont be surprised if they paid for the reviews and got them on google. They provide us stale and spoilt food, when we informed them they, the lady who served was like i tasted its nice and all the customers like it. I am realy surpised how cab customers like stale and smelling food. Funny thing is i ordered for Dal fry and i get some veg curry🤣🤣🤣🤣 i hope people who are eating dal fry here please try dal fry at other restaurents in copenhagen from other indian restuarents. We ordered dal fry + jeera fry, 2 masala chai which was the worst. The chai dint even boil and i really wish they come to india to actually taste masala chai or atleast basic indian chai. Overall too much attitude, horrible food and i will never recommend this place. Worst experience as a tourist. Please dont go. I wasted RS. 4500 for eating nothing!

A friend and I had on June 25th 2022 booked a table at Shahi restaurant, Skindergade 42, 1159 Copenhagen. It was at 5pm when they opened. When we entered the restaurant the first thing that met us was a table that had not been cleaned the day before. It was very unappetizing. The staff seemed uninvolved and all the energy seemed uninspiring and without presence. The serving was out of control. The food came on there table in the wrong order, so what we should have eaten first came on the table much later. For example, the spinach came in long before the lamb, which we should have eaten with the spinach, and the butter chicken came to the table as one of the last dishes along with pappadam with accompanying dips, which we should have had as the first starter dish. The mango lassi they served contained nearly no mango, but only yoghurt, and the ice cream at last consisted of hard ice crystals and tasted exclusively of water. The toilet facilities were also awkward. No soap and paper to dry your hands with after washing them. In every way it was a disappointing experience. We did not get the experience of being at a real Indian restaurant, there was no presence and the food was lousy and did not live up to either the price or the description of the place and food that we had read on the website.
