Provided prepaid postage label very quickly and the glasses were returned within a week. They work well and the price was very good. They also sent me a present of some plastic frames.

This was my first time replacing lenses in frames I liked and using an outside my area vendor to replace them. I knew I had the right one when I got a phone call after they arrived at ShadeGray going over the prescription and where they needed to be placed on the lenses. Thank YOU!

They did a great job. My only complaint is that they use polycarbonate lenses and I’m not a huge fan for those lenses.
But overall they they did great work.

Good quality frames are comfortable and look good. Lenses are sharp and darken nicely. Easily the best value for prescription glasses available, quality of the frames and lenses is equivalent to others that cost four times as much.
