I trained to be a hypnotherapist with Catherine Eland and Charlotte Spillane, their ability to teach, explain and support is second to none. They are both so incredibly engaging, they kept my attention (not an easy task), I simply wouldn't have the very successful business I have built without their help and support.

Carol has a lovely energy about her which makes learning a positive and enjoyable experience. She is always looking to lift you up and instills confidence.
