Initial dealings with Tony Stevens were pleasant. Got updates on progress with my pension merger. Then nothing. Was promised a call back but no call made. I then emailed him for an update in case there was an illness or private issue but no reply again.
Will no longer consider using SFL in future.

Update :- I have now read the reply from SFL and to say I'm incredulous at the downright lies is an understatement. Tony was on holiday when I sent my initial email that's correct. However I got a reply from Tony the Monday of his return explaining this. He asked when i was free and I replied saying anytime after 4.30pm. I never received a call from Tony as promised. I then sent a further email asking for an update as it was possible he may have been ill or had personal issues to deal with etc. No response to that email either and that was why I made the complaint. Richard Angliss, a director, did call me on Friday 12th July but I was with friends socialising. We did briedly exchange points of view and he was going to call me on the Monday to discuss in more detail. That call never happened.
So since you wish to lie and misrepresent the facts basically belittling me publicly I will now raise a formal complaint to the FCA.

Good service, trustworthy company to deal with as it’s all online. Nigel Ogden Financial Advisor was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Claire Rabey in the office pleasant and helpful. Would recommend SFL Wealth Management.

Tayla has gone above and beyond to help with my Pension transfer, she has been super helpful and stayed in contact right up to the closure. I can not rate her highly enough.

I had struggled for almost 2 years to complete a pension sharing order after my divorce. The company the funds were being transferred from were making things very difficult.
SFL management completed it for me efficiently and kept me posted throughout the process, they dealt with the difficulties swiftly and were sympathetic to my plight.

This was my first time using a finacial advisor, and I was very impressed by the level of great service and my advisor Paul was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions I had. And after my dealings with them the follow up service was first class too just to find out if all was ok and if everything went ok. So overall a first class service

Was dealt with by Paul Golding. He explained my pension details and how I can get my hands on the 25%tax free sum. Also explained that I'd need to move it to another scheme . All was explained and it was then all sorted and paid in my account within few weeks . No problems at all. Thanks Paul and the team. Hopefully watch my pension grow now .
