I recently ordered from Sfhandel.com…
I recently ordered from Sfhandel.com and, while there was initially a misunderstanding regarding the product, the overall experience was very positive.
The main issue was that it wasn't made sufficiently clear to me when ordering that the item was not the EU version. This caused a bit of confusion after the order was placed.
However, the supplier was very accommodating and helpful in finding a solution. Communication was quick, clear and professional throughout, and we were able to resolve the situation without any unnecessary hassle.
Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen, but what I particularly appreciated was how the company dealt with it. They listened, communicated well and worked with me to find a practical solution.
Overall, a good experience and I would be happy to order from them again. I would simply recommend making the product version and regional specifications clearer at the point of purchase.
