Extremely poor communication and if you…
Extremely poor communication and if you want to return an item good luck! There create a return button doesn’t work and after slow response via email they finally created a return for me only to not actually send any return label or papers and made me wait almost two weeks for a response about it then still did not send it and said oh we will contact you tomorrow (lied) never did. After weeks of back and forth they without my knowing set up a pick up via DHL without me knowing as I was confused when they showed up and I still had no papers. DHL sent me the papers next day but one was missing. Took another week to finally get it from the but still no communication from the company.
I don’t trust to get the money back at this point so kept the item.

Unacceptable and full of obstacles return process!
Order and shipping was smooth.
I’m trying to return the item since it’s not what I expected and I’m still waiting for “the team” to get back to me? I don’t understand why and what’s the purpose of this. In addition, on the website it states that all the returns are free and I’ll be charged (if my return request gets approved) $150!
For sure I will not be buying again from them. I’m hoping I will be able to get the return started and get at least my partial refund (unacceptable !!!).
