Deceptive Product Descriptions or Incompetent Staff?
Purchased two dildos based on the descriptions provided. One was 0.6 inches smaller in diameter than the description. The other was about one inch smaller! There were not multiple sizes of the products available, so a mistake in fulfillment was not the issue.
According to the service person, "The diameter of each penis is manually measured by the manufacturer, and the error is between a few centimeters. This is normal!"
They then tried to prove the measurement was correct by wrapping a ruler around the product (measuring the circumference instead of the diameter) and sending a picture. I could only see less than half of the CIRCUMFERENCE, but it confirmed the shaft was perhaps 1.5 inches in diameter. And of course I could not return after opening to measure the products.
I suggest that buyers avoid this vendor until they educate their staff and provide accurate descriptions
