SewProCrafts Ltd Recensioni

What a surprise, have never had flat packed yarn before! Delivery took some time, difficult to know how long the turnaround following the order is or how long before by Post office. Exactly what I had ordered. Thank you.

First time I have used this company. Kept up to date with the progress of my order and delivered on time. Am very impressed.

Everything went well. It’s okay

Fast delivery, item as described, thank you.

Quick delivery . Quality product. Competitive price

I like how easy it is to find what I want, prices are reasonable, and delivery is quick.

Great communication, good website, and ordering process, product arrived in a timely manner to New Zealand.

Phone answered quickly ( no messing with computer) found my previous order, paid, it arrived, Sorted. Simple.

Quick response to my order and wool in stock
Excellent service

Easy to order and the order was quickly despatched

Always good service and you get what you see.

Ordered a lot of yarn then I waited for delivery. However when I called them 7 days later to check when it had actually left the warehouse (rm tracking wasn't working) I was the told they didn't have it in stock! She apologised and said someone was supposed to have called me to let me know a week ago! What a waste of my time and very disappointing as the yarn was for a project whilst away on holiday. I thankfully found it somewhere else. Unfortunately sewpro crafts let me down.

Very helpful staff when i miscalculated the amount of wool needed. Lovely wool and i will see how it wears when worn and washed. Not yet completed the jumper yet but wont be long. Great company.

everything arrived
