This company is excellent. Everyone I have spoken to and met there is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They are experts in their field and always happy to answer questions and help me with my sewing issues. I bought my first sewing machine from them in 2022 and it has served me very well. I do 1000-1200 hours of sewing a year so it has been worked really hard. I get it serviced by them every year at a very reasonable cost and it comes back running like new. They were even kind enough to lend me a machine while mine was recently serviced, how kind is that! I recommend them very highly indeed.

Customer service was excellent I had a problem with delivery (parcel was already collected from them at time) and they sorted it quickly and kept me informed of the progress.
The machine Brother CV3440 coverlocker is ideal for what I wanted and already in use.
Would recommend and use company again.

This light yet sturdy case is ideal to transport your sewing machine.
It is large enough to accommodate a foot pedal. If you are attending courses then there is ample room to put a shallow box for essentials too.

What makes the experience great are the lovely family who own the business. They are extremely helpful, not pushy at all and are happy to spend as much time as needed in showing you everything you need to know about the machines that you are looking at. You can tell that they are what I call real people's people! I have been to a lot of shops that sell machines who are only interested in doing a very quick sale without finding out what it is that you want the machine to do and are very pushy, once they realise that you may only be looking at that time then their attitude changes!! Once I walked into this shop I knew within minutes of being there that this was the shop that I wanted to spend my hard earned cash with!! If I could give 10 stars then I would!
