Ordered some prayer beads for a gift, The beads were nice but I was so disappointed with the packaging.
They arrived in a cheap box covered in straw. For the price I expected them to be beautifully presented with a nice pouch for the beads.
Customer service was also disapointing.

Le site web est très beau mais le colis ne l'était pas, le tasbih m'a été envoyé dans une boîte en plastique animé et avec de la paille... Impossible de l'offrir dans son emballage d'origine.
Il n'y avait pas non plus de carte avec le nom du produit ou de la marque... Dommage car le produit à l'air de bonne qualité et correspond aux photos du site web.

Le tapis est très fins. Je m’attendais a une qualité supérieur vu le prix. Le tapis est teinté et non tissés. Le seul point positif est qu’il est beau. Mais il ne tiendra pas dans le temps

Regrettably, the prayer mats lack adequate cushioning despite their attractive designs. After just a week of use, they have begun to exhibit wear and tear where the knees and feet go, highlighting their impracticality despite their aesthetic appeal.
