Quality was very poor I tried reaching out to the company with no response

super fast delivery, within xmas holidays received the item 2 days after purchasing! really, incredible customer service!
Update Feb : I unfortunately have to edit my review as the item was not as described on the site. The bag's strap is completely broken and not worth the price i paid for the bag. These defects were also not mentioned at the time of purchasing. I am giving it 3 stars as the customer service did provide a partial refund as soon as I let them know of the situation. Still, I will have to spend extra money to completely remake the strap, as the current one is a non-fixable state.

Bags advertised to drop at a specified time didn't drop and were sold before the drop time. Why have sneak peek emails and drop times if others can shop beforehand or DM you? A sale is a sale, so it makes no difference to you, but I would like to actually have the chance to get a bag versus jumping through hoops.

super fast shipping, no issues at all with buying the bag, the only thing i wish it was better was the packaging, i paid over $600 for a bag and it came inside a box, and a plastic bag, no notes, no dust bag, just the authentication paper, could be a little cuter imo.
