He also proactively advised us on interstate travel permits, providing invaluable assistance beyond our expectations.
Upon our return to Perth, we travelled to Melbourne to collect the caravan. David once again flew from Brisbane to conduct the handover. This level of personalized service was truly outstanding. He ensured the caravan was fully prepared for our journey back to Perth, with filled gas tanks, charged batteries, and filled water tanks.
Even after the sale, Setup Camps' dedication continued. When we encountered warranty issues, David promptly arranged for parts to be shipped to us in Perth within a few weeks.
