I was clearly told from the beginning that the service included everything needed to operate — company, bank account, and all required elements.

After paying, I was asked for additional payments, including a “mandatory” tax registration that was never disclosed upfront.

The issue is not the cost itself, but the lack of transparency. If something is mandatory, it must be clearly stated from the start — not added later.

Misleading and poor commercial practice. I will not work with them again.

I can't even say it's poor customer service, I would say it doesn't exist.
I have license with Set Hub for multiple years and all I can say that have no knowledge about anything at all.
They are good only when you need to pay for renewal, but when you need to ask something then there is zero communication from Set Hub side. Management gets changed every year but improvement in service is ZERO. Don't expect any help!!!

I have been working with SetHub (formerly BIZ) for the past 3 years, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. Throughout this time, I have faced ongoing issues, including poor communication, unfulfilled commitments and a general lack of professionalism and accountability.

Earlier this year, during my license and visa renewal process, I requested to apply an AED 3,750 credit that was given to me by a former manager as compensation for a previous mistake on their part. Despite having this documented, I was told it could no longer be honored simply because the manager had left the company. This raised serious concerns about the company’s internal consistency and client care.
As a result, I decided to request cancellation of my company and visa, as I no longer wished to continue working with this agency. Unfortunately, I was then quoted over AED 6,000 above the standard authority costs, despite having a written email from 2022 confirming that cancellation would only involve authority fees plus a fixed AED 1,000 service charge.
When I’ve asked for a NOC - they have asked me for 7500 AED which is a cost completely different to most of the companies in the market.
This experience has caused me unnecessary stress, financial loss, and wasted time. It is deeply disappointing to see this level of mismanagement from a company entrusted with such important legal and business matters. I would strongly caution others considering SetHub for their business setup or renewal services.

I set up my company with Set Hub, and there’s a hidden charge for everything! I strongly advise against setting up your company with them. They make you pay for every little thing, and their service isn’t even good. They present themselves as professional agents, but it’s all about the money for them.

I was given a written confirmation that my NOC would cost 2,500 AED. Now, this year, they’re charging 7,500 AED—just to "buy" my freedom from Set Hub!

Agree with previous review. My experience has been one of hidden charges, bait tactics and totally milking their clients. Even after asking several times what the charges will be for opening and for closing a company, I never got a straight answer and ended-up paying why more than expected. Opening is cheap. Watch the renewals, closing or other extra costs of any maintenance and amendments to your company corporate file. Avoid.

SetHub FZ LLC used to operate as Bizincorp.ae, a business characterised by obfuscation, incompetence, hidden charges, ducking & diving, blatant overcharging for non-existent services, switch & bait tactics and downright milking of their clients. Regardless of the name change from Bizincorp to Set Hub FZ LLC, the companies remain the same -same staff and same modus operandi. Avoid like the plague.
