Seth & Sons connects private landlords with housing providers across London, helping both sides agree terms that work for them. For landlords, we take the hard work out of finding a reliable housing provider. We get to know your property and what you need from it, then introduce you to providers who are actively looking for homes like yours. You stay in control: terms are agreed directly between you and the provider, with our support at every stage. For housing providers, we source suitable properties and present each one in a clear, detailed deal pack covering the property, its location, the asking price and any additional terms, so you can make decisions quickly and with confidence. We also work with serviced accommodation operators looking for quality properties in the right locations. Seth & Sons is built on a simple idea: property partnerships work best when both sides are well matched from the start. That means honest communication, careful matching and a personal service from people who know your property and your goals. Whether you are a landlord wondering what your property could achieve, or a provider looking to grow your portfolio, we would be glad to talk. Visit seth-sons.com to find out more.
