I agreed to 12 payment plan through…

I agreed to 12 payment plan through PayPal one of the options they offered and this morning I get a alart my account was overdrawn they processed the full amount without my authorization now I’m going to be late on my bills because they failed to process my payment option correctly.

I liked the step by step process

I liked the step by step process. It was quick, easy and to the point. What I didn't like was they didn't disclose how much it was going to cost until after you've filled out everything. The costs should have been disclosed up front and made clear that the payment would come out of the refund. I waited until I had money to pay it not knowing that it would be taken out of the refund.
