Prompt response to the request. Th engineer knew exactly what the fault was with my dishwasher and came with the correct spare part.

Ben was brilliant - responded very quickly (actually offered to come within about 18 hours but I couldn’t be at home)
Fixed my cooker in around 15 minutes, advised on how to replace a broken light myself too

Easy to book … engineer arrived promptly and diagnosed issue quickly.

No show, and no apology. Disrespectful of customer time
booked an engineer to come and fix my cooker, received notification of the booking for Wednesday between 9-5pm. Waited in all day, took the day off work and nobody showed up, couldn't even go into the garden incase I missed the doorbell. I had tried to ring the engineer but he didn't ring me back until 6pm. He didn't have me down to visit despite me having a confirmation email. I complained by email to the company and they haven't even phoned me or emailed me to apologise. Clearly this company has no respect for their customers time.

Dealt with the problem and installed the new part very quickly

Had a breakdown of my washing machine. Found this company online & contacted them. Someone came out the same day & fixed it. There was an additional problem with a noisy spin speed which was caused by a worn out part, The trades person quoted for the replacement which I accepted & he came back a few days later to fit it. Good service

Communication was good, updates were quick- a little too quick- I was promptly booked the next day on an 'assumptive' booking- which I quickly changed to the following day as I knew I was at work. However I had a visit from the engineer on the day I had not booked! To be fair a phone call to service site did sort this and the appointment rebooked for the correct day. The problem was ascertained, parts ordered and fixed two days later by a local engineer who lived half a mile away.

Good communication and completed the repair in a timely fashion.

The engineer certainly new is job sorted the problem immediately would recommend him to anyone.
