Exceptional value for money, Dami and Tayo are amazing mentors in the serviced accommodation field and make you feel like family aswell as creating a community feel where everyone supports eachother.

Within the first 3 weeks of joining i landed my first serviced accommodation deal aswell as potentially getting finance within the community they created for the aquasition of an 8 bed holiday let! We had a couple of days to digest the content before joining the Zoom calls, which gave us time to prepare any questions. Dami and Tayo are truly the greatest in the game. The program material is detailed, thought through and also up to date concerning recent laws in the U.K. I completed the course a month ago and have 3 successful airbnb units running, which Dami and Tayo have helped me set up with their guidance. My first ever booking actually came from a guest that Dami was able to transfer over to my property after some unforeseen circumstances with their original booking. The weekly mastermind calls were very insightful. I found so many gems listening to past recordings. Content well thought out. Both mentors Dami and Tayo were regularly responsive to direct messages for advice and further resources, especially Tayo. Sometimes, I wished there were 1-2-1 check ins included at least biweekly.
