I rented a dedicated server in Serverion Barcelona (Spain)

I rented a dedicated server in Barcelona, a week later it still did not work, the license of the control panel was not correct, and after 7 days when they told me that it was finally up and running, I could not enter the control panel because a warning appeared in Firefox saying that it did not allow to enter the web because the IP of my server had been classified as very dangerous. A horrible experience.

Their response, the same every day, was that their servers in the US and Amsterdam are doing very well. Ok, they are going very well, but my server was in Barcelona, I care how the servers of other sites go, I just wanted them to fix my server.

In the end they gave me my money back and I have decided to set up my own server in other place.

My answer:
Yesterday I purchased a server from another site (chemicloud), today it is fully up and running. I got the same with you, only a week later it did NOT work.

Do you understand the difference between good service and bad service?

Now you can explain all the excuses you want and say that it is my fault. No matter how you look at it, your work was a slob.

The topic you are commenting on about SSL is a lie, the browser message did not say a problem with SSL, it clearly stated that the IP was related to fraudulent activities and unlike when there is an error with SSL, in this case there was no option to be able to make an exception and enter. I don't know whose IP it was previously, but I wouldn't put all my websites under an IP like that.

Alquilé un servidor dedicado en Barcelona, una semana después eso seguía sin funcionar, la licencia del panel de control no era la correcta, y a los 7 días cuando me dijeron que por fin ya estaba en marcha, no podía entrar en el panel de control porque aparecía un aviso en Firefox diciendo que no permitía entrar en la web porque la IP de mi servidor había sido clasificada como muy peligrosa. Una experiencia horrible.

La respuesta de ellos era todos los días la misma, que sus servidores de EEUU y Amsterdam van muy bien. Ok, van muy bien, pero mi servidor estaba en Barcelona, a mí que me importa como vayan los servidores de otros sitios, yo solo quería que arreglasen mi servidor.

Al final me devolvieron mi dinero y he decidido montarme mi propio servidor en casa o en otro sitio.

Mi respuesta a vuestra contestación:
Ayer adquirí un servidor en otro sitio (chemicloud), hoy ya está completamente listo y funcionando. Con vosotros adquirí lo mismo, y una semana después aun NO podía trabajar con el servidor. ¿Entiendes la diferencia entre un buen servicio y un mal servicio?

Ahora ya puedes explicar todas las excusas que quieras y decir que la culpa es mía. Lo mires como lo mires, vuestro trabajo fue una chapuza. Y punto. Lo que comentas de las SSL es mentira, el mensaje del navegador no decía un problema con las SSL, decía claramente que la IP estaba relacionada con actividades fraudulentas y al contrario que cuando hay un error con las SSL, en este caso no había opción para poder hacer una excepción y entrar. No sé de quién era esa IP anteriormente, pero ni loco pondría todas mis webs bajo una IP como esa.

We are sorry to hear you gave us a negative review. You ordered a server on the 1st of September and the payment was cleared on the 4th of September. We directly send you an email that we have a 3 days delivery time for the Barcalona area and cannot deliver faster than the 7th of September. We delivered your server on the 7th with the ordered 1 Account cPanel License. We told you (only one time), our other locations can be delivered faster if you can't wait for 3 days but than we need to change to Amsterdam, New York or another 20 locations. Your subscription due date will start on the 7th of course, not on the 4th of September if you want Barcalona.

By default cPanel doesn't have a SSL Certificate on the control panel, which gave you the SSL warning. Like mentioned by email, we are happy to supply this SSL Certificate for free so you won't see any warning. The IP itself isn't dangerous, your browser just shows a 'Not secure warning' due to the SSL certificate which is normal with all new cPanel installations.

We offered you to help you and set everything up for you for free but you requested a refund which we instantly gave you on first request including all payment costs. After your cancellation and refund, your server was formatted, reinstalled and now delivered to another customer who uses it with cPanel as well without any issues.

Again, we are sorry to hear you are not satisfied and if you need anything, just let us know.

We don't make excuses, we are just sorry to hear you were not happy. We host over 400.000 IP addresses, so sometimes there can be an issue with an IP but when you have an issue with any IP, we are most happy to swap it for another IP, which is a 5 minute job but we never got any request about swapping the IP.

You mention you rented a server somewhere else and after a week it didn't work as well. That's to bad to hear but you must contact that hosting company and see if they can help you out. It is not about pointing fingers, we offer a solid service and we help everyone as good as possible. Again we are sorry to hear it didn't work out and as always, we would like to help you when needed.

Lamentamos saber que nos dio una revisión negativa. Solicitó un servidor el 1 de septiembre y el pago se realizó el 4 de septiembre. Te enviamos directamente un correo electrónico de que tenemos un plazo de entrega de 3 días para el área de Barcalona y no podemos entregar más rápido que el 7 de septiembre. Entregamos su servidor el día 7 con la Licencia cPanel de 1 Cuenta solicitada. Le dijimos (solo una vez) que nuestras otras ubicaciones se pueden entregar más rápido si no puede esperar durante 3 días, pero que necesitamos cambiar a Ámsterdam, Nueva York u otras 20 ubicaciones. La fecha de vencimiento de tu suscripción comenzará el 7 por supuesto, no el 4 de septiembre si quieres Barcalona.

Por defecto, cPanel no tiene un Certificado SSL en el panel de control, lo que le dio la advertencia SSL. Como se menciona por correo electrónico, nos complace proporcionar este certificado SSL de forma gratuita para que no vea ninguna advertencia. La IP en sí no es peligrosa, su navegador solo muestra una 'Advertencia no segura' debido al certificado SSL que es normal con todas las nuevas instalaciones de cPanel.

Great Compagny

Great Compagny, very high skilled service and excelent support.

They helped me out with a lot of things, and shared the knowledge with me.
When i have a problem after 17:00 they help me and even in the weekend they make time for me.

Pro's:
- Good Service
- Great Support
- High Knowledge
- Delivers arround the world.

Cons:
- Cant click more then 5 stars.
