Some flaws but good costumer service
My order had some flaws. First, what I ordered was different from what they sent me. Second, one of the garments didn't have a brand label. Third, the information label didn't say where it was made.
Fortunately, the brand was apologetic and tried to make it better. I trust the brand will solve the issues in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with Serra Men. The clothing is exceptionally well made, with premium fabrics and great attention to detail. Every piece has a timeless, elegant style while remaining comfortable and practical for everyday wear.
The customer service was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt, and the products exceeded my expectations.
