Like all the other reviews on here, terrible service, a customer service woman, who shall not be named, consistently goes into a defensive mode when there's delays with my original order. I went away for a period of time so asked it to be cancelled and refunded, but despite these instructions, still sends the parcel and as expected, after returning, I didn't find the parcel, nor did my neighbours have it. But of course it was all my fault for being away and she didn't listen to instructions and offer a refund. The communication has been absolutely poor and one sided. Her side. Don't deal with this company.

Ordered on the 7th Nov, took my money, had an order confirmation sent, but that was all the information i got. Tracked the order on their website and it never moved from the first "order received" Contacted them via their website numerous times, got absolutely nothing. So frustrated with myself for not checking here first before i made the purchase. In the process of trying to get my money back via bank....

They sent a piece of crap. no instructions, broken box and horrible quality. Then i had to pay $30 to send it back to them to get a $78 refund.

Paypal is also culpable because they do not hold these companies responsible for this crap.

I can't begin to explain how angry I am. I've been totally deceived. I purchased two boxes which was meant to have at least 16 candy bars in it and once opened I've been sent pieces of red cardboard (no instructions sent) in a box. Total rip off and I don't even have their email address to lodge a complaint.

Yes, totally agree with all the other comments, a total rip off, false advertising, no instructions, no reply I'm from New Zealand, you don't get what you see in the advertising. How can these companies operate and feel satisfied.

I would give them a negative if I could. This company advertises falsely. They sold what looked like gift boxes that hold candy in them, but when you put candy in these boxes, the lid won't go back on. What they advertise is NOT what you get. They say they provide 100% refund for satisfaction, but that isn't true either. Everything about this company is false. If you buy from them, be prepared to be angry and disappointed. I filed a false advertising complaint against them with online FBI fraud department. Hopefully, we can stop these foreign companies from robbing us.

Ordered 6 of the gift boxes. They made it seem like the candy was included. When it arrived it was just the boxes that were smashed up. They were in a mailing bag instead of a box. Emailed to return, took 3 emails before getting a response. They were shipped to me from IL, USA. They wanted them returned to China for a refund. The items cost $79.95. Shipping to China costs $81.00. I returned them to the address they were shipped from. I emailed them with the tracking number & haven’t heard back from them. This company is a rip off.

Ordered 2 x gift boxes. Both arrived damaged, in pieces, no instructions how to assemble. Sent from the Netherlands. Have emailed but no response as yet. Returns policy says customers have to pay shipping of between £15 and £20, even though items not fit for purpose and also damaged. Basically a few pieces of flimsy cardboard.
