I have done a few classes to try out. I am deaf so I find classes hard to understand. However.
They treat me the same way as everyone else Sarah always come over and shows me or guide me if I am doing it wrong. Which makes

I love this location for my reformer classes with a brilliant trainer Michelle. Highly recommend the trainer and location for reformer classes.
I came to Sarah after medical issues drastically affected my mobility due to severe back pain. Sarah has been amazing and is working with me to strengthen my back. I will never regret the day I reached out to see if she could help me.
Recently I attended a retreat here, it was excellent. Sarah is amazing with many years of sports experience, along with all her hand picked instructors. The venue n equipment all brand new and immaculate, set it in an idealic location. Highly recommend the reformer bed, Pilates n yoga classes, fab place,, well worth a visit
The serenity studios are perfect to leave the chaos of day to day life behind for an hour and work out/meditate. I have just started 1:1 PT sessions with Sarah and her motivation and positivity is exactly what I need to help me on my journey back to being fit and healthy after having my 2 children. They have an amazing reformer pilates studio and I would encourage anyone to sign up to their classes.
I’ve been a member at serenity for 6 months now & love it ! I do reformer Pilates , cardio dance ,ballet barre as much as I can & since doing this I’ve lost inches , toned & feel great !
Sarah & all the staff are friendly and happy to help ,adjusting your class in anyway they can with injury’s /aches & pains to get the best out of you 😊 Highly recommend
An amazing reforma and class based studio. Sarah and the team are incredibly motivating and inspiring with a wide range of classes for all levels. Plus it's a beautiful setting both inside the studio and outside where you have the peace of the Hertfordshire/ Essex countryside! Oh and my whole family have got involved too with 1:1 recovery session for my son and tailored mens only reforma classes for the hubby...thank you Serenity
