No lag whatsoever fast support no issues on ultimate plan while maintaining affordability

The service is great T0T so great and very fast the staff respond fast and they're very interactive when it comes on to following questions from a client. Overall rate is 20/10 tbh this is not just affordable its also good since their site makes it easy when it comes on adding plugins! And they can also set it up for you if you have no idea how. I never regret purchasing to them with our smp that have more foreign players it never been so hard to handle even our members praised how smooth the server is that we will soon upgrade to higher plans :3 I will highly recommend this for asian client or foreign clients

I've been using Sereinhost for half a year now (6 months). I haven't had any issue with this hosting service. I started without prior knowledge of how to use and navigate a hosted server, but with the panel, it is very intuitive and easy to learn. I got the hang of it very fast.

I've had a total of 4 servers using this hosting, all done pretty well—2 each for premium and ultimate plans. I still have two servers in this hosting, one each for the premium and ultimate plans.

TPS is stable if you know what you are doing, but even if not, anyone can easily make a ticket or approach the staff—they are very friendly and easy to get along with, professionally with humor, I might say—any question regarding how to resolve issues is answered and resolved. Performance will be guaranteed.

Side note: Billing is easy; you can make a ticket for an alternative payment method.

Specifically in Asia/Philippines. It does reflect quickly too, so no worrying about when it would update/amend the updated date for your server.

Based on my experience the server is good not lag and my tps is stable even I have so much plugin for economy

I rented a server from this company and it was already quite laggy from the start. That alone wouldn’t have been a huge issue for me.

But then something much worse happened:
While I was asleep, their website charged my credit card multiple times – around -$500 every hour. In total, several unauthorized charges were made without my consent.

I have full proof of every transaction, including bank statements and payment records.
Despite this, the company is completely ignoring me:
– No replies to support tickets
– No replies to emails
– No help or refund at all
- No replies in discord tickets (from serein)

This behavior is unacceptable and feels like a serious billing error that they are refusing to address.

I absolutely do not recommend this company.
