I ordered 2 ultimate flashlight Survival kits and was sent 2 very small plastic flashlights that came from an Individual that was thrown in a bag and shipped. Asked for a refund 2 times but has never heard back from them
Please don't order anything from these people. They are scammers

I ordered the Ultimate Survival Flashlight through Teachabags (Sentenarts) and received the wrong order. I have sent three emails to the email address on their website, and they came back as “address not found.” This email address is on their website under returns and refunds.
These companies are not worth dealing with.

My experience is with the part of the firm that advertises high power flashlights on the web. To state they offer one item but sell another is what I experienced. Looking at the web offering I expected to purchase a high power light that would be appropriate for emergency situations. What I received was a pocket replica of their advertised product. I purchased the item from “Teachabags” I received the product from David Li. My credit card charge was not from Teachabags but some firm in Colorado. When I finally contacted someone a Teachabags they were most emphatic that I should try to contact David Li or the company That charged me. They said their customer rep would contact me and any further inquiries should go thru their customer service email. I finally got a email response from China, not the New York location noted in their ads. Their offer was not to correct the issue or even explain how or why it occurred, but, to have me mail back the product to China and wait for a refund upon receipt or take a 30% refund immediately or with in weeks. In reading reviews for their I find this is not an isolated circumstance. My advice let the buyer beware, I have not been able to find the regulatory agency with oversight of this firm, but have requested assistance from the state and federal consumer agencies as this process seems to cross state lines.

They advertised a high power flashlight in a case with a free gift. What they sent was a tiny little flashlight. My iPhone flashlight puts out more light than the teeny tiny flashlight they sent me in a flimsy little crumpled cardboard box, NO CASE and NO FREE GIFT. The email address they give on the is nonexistent and returned. No way to return for a refund. Crooked company to say the least.

Took ages to arrive and after both birthday dates I purchased the gift for.

Eventually when the orders arrive they were packaged so poorly I was mortified. Two items were broken and customer service does not exist.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY .

Absolutely robbing people based on quality. Cheap products, cheap packaging and over 3 week wait on delivery.

Definitely all from shein.

The bag is beyond description with words! My Alice in Wonderland tote is GORGEOUS! Beautifully made and the artwork is so appreciated by me! Why have an ordinary bag? Define yourself with these! And enjoy!

My daughter loved the bag and wallet!!! No problem with the quality of the work. The only reason not 5 stars is because of not receiving the 2 items together. Will probably order again from this company in the future....

I ordered a small purse and a medium tote bag. They were just as pictured on line. The quality is good, and they were obviously packed with care so they arrived in great condition. I will get great compliments using them, I'm sure! Wallets were a great addition, too - very roomy.

Love love my bag and wallet. Great communication from staff. Easy to work with. I have only had two small issues. The zipper on my wallet came unhinged and the stitching on one of my bag handles is unraveling. Other than that, it’s amazing. My mom has bought a bag and wallet and I’ve gotten my 13 year old daughter a small bag and wallet. Upgraded to real premium leather for all.

I purchased the Dracula's Guest Large Handbag for my daughter-in-law, a huge book lover and collector, and opted for the zipper closure and shoulder strap options. It took quite a long time to receive the handbag (I also got a matching wallet for her, which has not arrived yet), and I do like the handbag- it appears to be made well as far as the construction of the bag, however, the zipper is not great and difficult to close and the strap that came with the bag is skinny for this size bag. I don't really expect her to use the strap, but for someone who would want that feature, I say this for awareness of comfort when carrying as a shoulder bag. For the price (of any size) of these bags, I also would have expected it to have feet on the bottom, and it does not. The bag appears to be embossed online, but it is not; the images and initials are printed on the bag, which is fine, but it can be deceiving online. I bought this more for her as a collector's piece to display in her library, so overall I am pleased. Had I bought it for her to use on a regular basis, this review would likely be different. I expect her to use the wallet with a different handbag that I got her for Christmas last year, so I am hopeful it will be of good quality. However, I am now concerned about the zipper on the wallet, as the handbag zipper is not great. I would suggest to others that if you plan to use this as a daily bag, skip the zipper feature, opt for a thicker strap, and be aware that it has no feet on the bottom.

The little mermaid purse and wallet i recieved was absolutely gorgeous! Bonus! The quality is impeccable as well! I will definitly be purchasing from this company again! ❤️

I was SO excited to open up the package that contained my purse. I was scared it would be damaged during the shipping process, but it was in PERFECT shape.
I didn’t tell my daughter I bought a new purse and when she saw it, her jaw dropped! She is now begging me to get her own purse!!

The only negative thing I can say was that it did take awhile for it to arrive and the pictures and words are a little blurry. But other than that, it’s a good purse!

The bag is beautiful. It will make a wonderful gift for my mother. She bought me the big bag for my birthday. I’m in love. I also received the Alice in Wonderland small purse personalized and matching wallet from my sisters. The bag arrived faster than I anticipated and that was a great surprise.

Although shipping took quite awhile, the bag is gorgeous!! 😍 I also ordered during the "free matching wallet with purchase" trial, and the wallet is beautiful as well. They appear to be quality made, no weird smells, and the company is wonderful about keeping touch and answering any questions quickly. Make sure if your order is a gift to order at least a month in advance, but other then that, you will love your bag and/or wallet! ❤️

I've been debating whether I should order a bag or not. I finally caved and ordered the large Dracula bag and wallet. It took about 3 weeks to get it, so not too bad. I love it though. I am going to order another bag soon. Probably going to get one of the Edgar Allan Poe bags in medium.

After placing 2 orders, I got about 15 emails from them, so started deleting them. One of 3 items came, but my credit card was charged for all. I cannot contact them via phone, despite the website stating, it’s their US phone number and my emails go unanswered. Had I known, these products come from overseas, I would never had ordered them.

While my purse was beautiful (minus the permanent fold in the corner from shipping). My promised free wallet never arrived. I’m super bummed and won’t be ordering again.
