Sense for Busy Lives
Ordered Sense for Busy Lives as an addition to the Gut sample. Busy Lives has totally cleared up a persistent facial skin problem I’ve had for 18 months. Super impressed! Just ordered more plus the Gut one in capsules too (wasn’t keen on the loose powder). Well done Sense! 😁

I’ve been taking Sense Gut Health for a few months now and love it. Bloating is gone! Generally feel lighter and healthier. Gluten and GMO free and no added sugar! Love it!

I ordered this as a 99p for postage sample However it didn't turn out that way because on arrival I had to pay another one pound fifty as the correct postage hadn't been paid . I did send an email about this
Edit today I received my 99p postage back from the company and had an email and they replied to my review so since I did like the product I have edited my review to say the product was great and I enjoyed it .

Original reply: This isn't strictly true but not Michelle's fault in any way, it is a post office error. They have done this a few times to us which makes us look rubbish but not much we can do but to refund the extra money Michelle had to pay. A claim is going into them but we are not holding our breath.

Inulin can be an irritant for people…
Inulin can be an irritant for people with IBS that are an obvious target for tour gut health supplement. Plus the flavour is really bad and makes me gag ( this might be just my issue)

Resistant starches such as inulin can be difficult to digest for some people but the causes are complex. Generally, these including inulin are good for digestion because resistant starches feed good bacteria in the gut. However, those people with Small Intestine Bowel Overgrowth (SIBO) should take the sense* for gut health capsules which don't have the levels of resistant starch that the sense* superfood supplement powders have. Tastes disgusting so couldn’t use
Sorry couldn’t use this product as the taste is so disgusting. Tried it in porridge & coffee but couldn’t tolerate it so I’ve no idea if this product actually works or not.

having suffered with IBS for years I'm cured
having suffered with IBS for years. After 1 week trial of gut health I was blown away. I've subscribed and the different is outstanding. I've managed to eat food that I know sparks flare up with no bother.
customer service and speedy of service have been awesome.
