Using the tracking shipping option I always received my order. Once I ordered without tracking and have never received. But with tracking they're totally good vendors.

sensearomatics.eu is a total scam! they are doing really well... you get the confirmation of your order, you get the confirmation of your order shipped... just one thing - it never arrives... as simple as a letter in an envelope... it should take just few days to arrive... never comes... don't tell me that this is an accident... i am ordering from all around the world everything possible... never had a problem... the longest it takes sometimes from china - a month or even 6 weeks... but as simple thing as a letter from europe never arrives...

I have order and paid same day with bank transfer, when they receive payment the next day they have sent directly and i got my order in 2 working days with ups

My order arrived in the UK after 7 days. I was a skookums customer for 4 years and worried about sensearomatics after seeing the reviews. My order genuinely arrived today so I had to give at least 4 stars. This is my first order with the new site but I can always edit this review in the future.

I order from them a couple times... First order came all right. Last order, 3 of same item and 1 of other, total of 4. When i received the order i was missing 2 items... I Contact them with photos... The guy Andy Jansen was taking the p*ss because he replayed saying that was imposible. he dont even understand english or have no brain. He said one of those item was coming in 5.. wich doesnt make any sensei if I orden 3 of 1, no 1 of 5... Well i texted back saying what i ordered and asked him to check the pictures... And he respond me saying I was having a laugh. And that was the las time they contacted me... Defo dont buy from this thief... They are the worse to buy from... I Lost 36€... They are no sending or refunding...

J’ai été client de ce site 1 ou 2 fois il y a quelques années et tout s’était bien passé (à part le fait que leur 3-mmc était trop faible à mon goût).

J’écris aujourd’hui pour attirer votre attention sur un truc plutôt étrange que je viens de découvrir (petit rappel en lien avec ce qui va suivre : pour ceux/celles qui n’auraient pas eu l’info : les Pays-Bas ont voté il y a 4 jours l’interdiction totales de certains chems DONT la 3-MMC. Cette interdiction est déjà en vigueur).

Je viens donc de m’apercevoir que le site web d’Aromatic Senses était la copie conforme du site de DutchCitySales).

1 seule chose les différencie : la 3-MMC n’est plus à la vente chez Dutch alors que sur Sense elle est toujours dispo.

Un truc m’échappe 🤔

They used to be good, not anymore. They didn't send the very small order I made just to check if the new bad reviews were justified. Well, they are. They became scamers.
RIP sensearomatics. I have had very nice moments thanks to you.

Ordered on Saturday, it should arrive on Wednesday no more than Thursday, just like previous shipments. Unfortunately, the second week is starting and the package is gone. I would probably wait a few more days, but what caught my attention was the lack of confirmation of postage, as was with other orders. "andy jansen" claims that the package was sent on Monday, further contact and clarification of the matter was unanswered.

Attention arnaque : colis jamais reçu et refuse de renvoyer.

Attention ils disent ne plus utiliser UPS car saisie en douane et vous conseille GLS mais le colis n'ai jamais arrivé puis ils vous dise qu'ils n'utilise plus GLS car saisie en douane aussi mais après avoir encaissé 310 € une deuxième fois donc je tente le tout pour le tout je fais en regular mail et bien sûr pas de suivi j'ai rien reçu je me suis fait avoir de 250€ wouah ça fait un peu beaucoup. Dommage car de août 2020 à février 2021 j'ai toujours reçu de la bonne qualité. J'y croyait pas et bien si moi aussi me suis fait avoir

After spending 88€ on the order 53055, it never arrived. This website is an scam.

Commande de 266.50€. Tu fais le virement sur leur compte et le lendemain ils disent qu ils changent de compte. Je n ai jamais reçu ma commande. Ils n ont jamais rendu l argent. Sav déplorable.

I ordered first regular mail, it reached my home in 1 week, zero issues.
Ordered second time UPS mail, reached my home in 3 days, excelleent, zero issues.
I ordered now again today, again regular mail, lets see now, but all seems ok and quality is TOP.
All orders are shipped and delivered no matter is UPS or Regular for me.
I will keep this updated with any issues.

At the moment I recommend this site 100%, is my first trusted option now.

I have just received a custom order through submitting a ticket. My order was with tracked ups postage.

I received timely responses to my queries and received my ups tracking code the morning after as planned.

3 days later the goods are in my hands and from some quick testing, I am very satisfied.

I can see there have been some negative reviews in the past. I can't account for that but i couldn't have asked for a better experience myself.

I will be ordering again!

J'ai jamais reçue la commande, la personne avec qui j'étais était très désagréable et a fini par bloquer mon compte. Je trouve cela honteux. Je ne vous conseille vraiment pas ce site, ce sont des voleurs et ils sont très impolis. J'ai perdu 180 euros.

I order and make an urgent payment on day of order so money arrives on same date on their account and 3 days later de delivery guy from UPS rings my bell. They even specify the hour always 9am in the morning lol. Probably they have calculated in their planning because i order regularly :-)

They recently changed bank account so if you pay on the wrong one that is probably the reason why the order doesn't get processed.

Jamais reçu. Si c'est pas en reship ils ne doivent rien envoyer .
