2025 Nov 19 Update, 2-stars: I got my 5th suit, and it fits perfectly. Unfortunately, it arrived too late for the wedding I bought it for, and it doesn't negate the poor experience I had along the way. But still, in the end, I got what I wanted in a perfect fit. Updated to 2-stars.

2025 Sep 15 Original Review, 1-star: Began order 4 months ago, May 16, for a wedding in October. 1st suit was very sloppy fit, and the lapel of the double breasted blazer was very curved instead of straight like in their photos. I wanted a return for refund because of the lapel. They pointed to their return policy only allowing remakes for custom items. However, they also said they could not change the lapel, nor guaranteee that any adjustments would improve the look of the lapel. This did not give me much confidence. They were also stupidly positive in their tone, and it took a couple emails to finally force out a statement of empathy.

The 2nd suit was better, the 3rd suit even better, but still not quite wedding-ready. On Sep 4, I sent them a recap of the changes that we agreed on for the 3rd suit, then shared my photos and comments on the 4th suit, asking for their recommendations. They replied that they were going to make the 4th suit. I was confused because I was expecting recommendations from their "Fit Specialist."

I asked if their fit specialist reviewed my photos and comments? They said "We did include your feedback when we processed your remake, here are the changes we applied to your remade Suit:" and listed my rehash. I replied, "No, please read my email again. I began by rehashing the changes for the 2nd set that were applied to this 3rd set, and then I provided comments on this 3rd set at the bottom of the email, and then one more comment on this 3rd set in the next email." They took another 5 days to reply to me: "Thanks for getting back to us. We included your feedback in the latest remade Suit.
No worries, if you still have fit issues with the remade Suit, feel free to reach out to us and provide us with the photo." They take days and days to get back.

On Sep 12, I said, "I did provide photos and comments on Thu Sep 4. I did NOT provide any remake instructions, and you did NOT provide any remake instructions. On Fri Sep 4 you said, "Awesome! I will process a remake of your Suit!" but how exactly are you remaking the suit without any remake instructions? You also took 5 days to reply to me, and I told you on Sep 4 that "I'll need to receive my final set by Friday Oct 17." You've wasted over a week of critical time by not reading and not responding.

Please review my photos and comments from Thu Sep 4 and reply with remake suggestions for the 4th suit."

And they replied with the same misunderstanding, "I attached here the return label you can use to return the original Suit, here are the fit adjustments we applied for your Suit, we included your feedback as well:"

At this point we are just repeating ourselves because nobody on their side is actually taking more than a cursory glance before copy+pasting a template reply to me.

Had issues with correct fit on the first try.
Quick customer support and all was remedied.

Quality T-shirt that will last. Nice job Sene.

The customization process is easy and worth it. You need to experience the quality of material yourself. Having your name on the tag is just a nice classy touch. As a salesmen myself, the customer service throughout the process might have had me coming back even if the quality wasn’t as good as it is. Second order on the way.

Being 5’2” I’ve never had men’s clothes fit me so well. If you’re looking for high end clothes at a reasonable price and custom made. You can’t beat Sene.

I've been looking for the prefect T-shirts for a while now. Its either too long or too tight. With Sene i was able to get that perfect T-shirts ive been looking for. Im able to wear T-shirts with confidence again

What an incredible experience! I first started by ordering multiple garments, the T-shirt did not fit perfectly, I reached out to their department that does the alterations and they quickly sent me a return label, made the changes and the shirt fits absolutely perfect. I’m going to slowly change out my entire wardrobe to just their clothing.

The Sene team was incredibly responsive and patient throughout the process. They worked with me to fine-tune every detail until I found the perfect fit, something I’ve never been able to get anywhere else. The quality and service exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Truly a fantastic experience!

I was initially skeptical about paying upwards of $70 for a T-shirt. At first the shirt didn't fit properly - I'm a swimmer, not a weight-lifter. But . . . SENE made me another based on photos of my wearing the first one, and it's perfect. So how many T-shirts does this save me from buying? The ones I hope will fit but then I look at them and say "Meh - what was I thinking"? Yes, these are the best T-shirts I have ever bought, and they are styled to fit *me* not some average Joe who doesn't have the same physique. And, good grief, they're flattering!

Great business model and great company to work with

I’ve been looking for a company that manufactures quality t-shirts that both fit well and is of high quality. I even purchased one from a high-end brand and had it shipped from the UK, only to return it promptly.
I dug deep to find a brand that offers not only outstanding quality but also a great fit—something most t-shirts simply lack. Enter Sene. Not only do they take the time to actually fit you, as a tailor would, but they also back it up with a replacement if the fit isn’t right, which happened with my first purchase.
All I had to do was reach out, follow their step-by-step process, and my hand-tailored t-shirt arrived; and this time, it fit perfectly.
No, Sene isn’t Amazon Prime; you’re not going to receive it the next day. But in my case, the process was seamless, and I had the refit within about a week.
I highly recommend Sene t-shirts to anyone with a penchant for quality and fit!

First of all, my husband loves his new Tees. They look so much better than any other tees and wash very well too.
During my last purchase I inadvertently had the pkg sent to the wrong address. I emailed Sene and they were able to correct the address mistake for me! Yay!!

I tried Sene for the first time, and I’m seriously impressed. I have broad shoulders and usually shirts don’t fit me well in the sleeves or across the shoulders. But after sending in my custom measurements, the shirt they sent fit beautifully. The fabric is thick and soft, and overall it feels like a high-quality shirt. The only issue was that it ran a little long, but the exchange process was seamless. They’re already resizing it for me and sending it back. I can’t wait to get the updated version. Great experience so far, highly recommend!

Their remake/replace/refund is a joke; everything is custom and they hide the policy in an area impossible to find. Further, they sent a coat that was insanely small, pants that I could swim in with a crazy small waist and then argued with me. When I provided measurements, they were like "oh, we don't use those." Very disconcerting. When I asked when the remake was going to be here, they told me almost a week ago it was done in production and on the way to distribution. After that, silence, even after emailing them. Horrible company. I wanted my money back, but instead, they demanded a remake. They are also aware of when I need it by and are taking their time. Oh, yeah, and it was ordered 2 months ago...

Edit:
Just got my "remake" in; suit coat fit fine, but the pants, it's like they ignored the original where the waist was too small...and this time made the hips a bit too small. And, I've lost 10 pounds since the initial!!! So, if I hadn't lost the pounds, odds are, the coat wouldn't fit.

They have been aware I needed this by 9/11/2025...absolutely the worst to deal with. Probably won't give me my money back, either, and take another 2 months to get the pants right. What a joke.

I have shopped with them many times. Great company, great suits - 5 stars.

Once I got the t shirt it fit great and feels great. First order ended up in Bozeman Montana rather than Virginia. Now waiting for shirt number 2. Hopefully it gets where it’s supposed to be without any detours.

I was waiting for the other two shirts on the order so I emailed the company…I should have read the delivery invoice! They were waiting for me to try on the first shirt!! Now I’m ordering three more 😂
