Sene promises custom-made suits at a good price that don't need ironing. Unfortunately, they are 100% polyester - and really look it. The quality was terrible, so I returned it - only to find a bait-and-switch policy that they accept returns for credit only, which is not apparent upon checkout. While I can't speak to the quality of their other products, they are incredibly overpriced. Avoid at all costs.

Recently received my 3rd suit from Sene and I'm blown away. The fit is absolutely perfect, I wore the green one today and got compliments all day long.
What really sets Sene apart is the fit and thoughtful design details. The little cutout in the back of the pants makes it noticeably more comfortable than standard pants. I love the tab closures instead of regular buttons, it's a small touch that makes a big difference in both look and feel. And the way the sleeves open on the jacket and button is really well designed.

Yes, it takes a little longer than fast fashion, but it's absolutely worth the wait. When you're getting something made specifically for your body, the extra time shows in the final product.

The customer service team is great to work with throughout the process. If you're on the fence about trying them, just do it. You won't regret it.

If you want perfect fitting clothes these are the guys. They will make the clothing to your exact specifications no matter what it takes. Great business and would recommend to anyone

Ordered their basic suit and a couple of tee shirts. The tee shirts are amazing. Love them so much I bought more of them. The suit needed some minor alterations and I sent it back per their remake guarantee. Recieved it back and it fit perfectly. Great customer and turn around times! Definitely will buy more from them in the future. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero I would.
These bastards ripped me off completely- didn’t deliver the suit and kept the shipping and taxes over $300

Do not waste your time or money

The Sene custom FlexTech suit is a sub par suit not worthy of your time or money. The material makes for a flimsy mess of a suit. The shoulders have zero shape or structure and the seaming is a wrinkled mess that on each subsequent remake of my suit Sene was unable to be resolve. These problems leave the suit looking like what it is, a cheap suit. I doubt very much that you will feel confident in a suit built like this one, with it's slumpy fit, poor seaming and rather ugly material. I went so far as to try to provide them with my custom measurements (which I recently had professionally taken) which they refused to use replying instead that their algorithm would give me the perfect fitting suit: it did not and never did even with each remake, fitting almost as poorly as the one before it. I eventually gave up and asked for a refund, which I was denied. My choice was another remake and another 4-5 week wait or store credit that I could then spend on their other overpriced items like $75 Tee-Shirts and $134 shorts. Gimme a break! Be forewarned they do not have a “free returns” policy for anything custom as their false advertising promised. Their policy instead; free shipping (what they call returns) on remakes but by no means free returns like you might find at Stio, Vuori, Ketl or myriad other shops that actaully accept and have FREE returns or exchanges. Additionally they charge you, up front, upon purchase, a small $3,4,5 dollar fee for the so called right to free returns or remakes. Total scam and false advertising! I am not a fan of Sene, their clothing or their ambiguous if not deceptive practices. Buyer beware!

Do NOT buy from Sene. Spent $190 for 2 long sleeve "custom" shirts. Ordered it over 1 month ago and just received 1 yesterday. I emailed them & Sene told me they were backed up on production, yet I get emails from them asking me to buy more stuff & I see them advertise on social media like crazy. If you're backed up on production, why keep advertising & piss off current customers???

Also, I complained on their Instagram page and instead of apologizing and trying to make things right, they blocked me! Stay away!!!

They remade my first suit. Fit amazing on the second round. Got a lot of compliments. Great customer service!

Have been updating my work wardrobe, last updated n 2012. Sene’s custom clothing has drawn compliments of co-workers. It’s especially great if your commute entails cycling. Outstanding product.

Sene does several things very well. First, and most important, their clothing is well made (and tailored) of high quality materials by expert craftsmanship. The fit process, though not real time, is time well spent. Their customer service is very responsive and it’s obvious they have a strong culture of delighting customers. Highly recommend.

This Company Is a Scam. Their guarantee is completely bogus. They hide behind their “return policy”, they don’t tell you that their suits are “custom”, and i use that term loosely because they don’t take your measurements, and so you are unable to return them because their “return policy” says custom clothes is not returnable and yet they don’t tell you that it’s custom during the order process. Customer service is slow and politely tell you that you’re out of luck. You have to keep their poor fitting and poor quality clothes. Avoid this company like the plague. Any company who tricks the customer and simply puts all kinds of loop holes in their return policy cannot be trusted. Go elsewhere. I am not the first to be scammed and won’t be the last.

This site is deceiving, its is implied that satisfaction is guaranteed. We received the suit and the material does not feel great and the fit is off. We tried to return it and they won’t let us.DO NOT buy this product. You will be stuck with something you don’t like.

Much delayed in shipping even a standard size product. Terrible customer service - very slow to respond and arrogant in their communication. Unpleasant experience overall.

1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience

I ordered a suit from Sene and was immediately put off by their so-called “custom fit” process. Instead of actual measurements by a tailor, they make you fill out a questionnaire and call it custom. Let’s be honest—there’s nothing truly custom about it. It feels like a cheap gimmick to lock you into the purchase.

Once I received the suit, the quality was extremely disappointing. The fabric feels rough, looks nothing like the polished photos online, and honestly, you could get a better suit off the rack at Macy’s or any department store for less. It looks cheap, and the fit wasn’t right even after their attempts to tweak it.

What bothered me even more was their misleading “FREE RETURNS, REMAKES, OR EXCHANGES” option for $4.98 at checkout. I paid for it, returned the suit, and instead of a refund, they only gave me store credit. I tried other shirts and items, but nothing fit properly.

Their products are overpriced for the quality you get. In my opinion—save your money and shop elsewhere. Stay away from this company.

I just got the Sene Studio pullover and it is hands down one of the most comfortable pieces I’ve ever worn. The fit is perfect, the fabric feels high quality, and the attention to detail is obvious from the moment you put it on. It has the right balance of style and comfort, so I can wear it lounging at home or out and about. You can tell the brand really cares about design and craftsmanship. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

It's rare that I take the time to write a 5 start review. However, I can honestly say that being a customer for Sene, has made me a believer of their TRUE customer experience model. I purchased some T-shirts from them and opted for paying for their insured program for changes/returns/etc. I had asked for a customized T-shirt and when I first received it, it was not quite yet the way I wanted it. I communicated with them promptly (within the same day/days), and immediately addressed my concerns and took steps to create a new T-shirt with their professional guidance/suggestions, and sent the new T-shirt back to me for another try. I got the new / revised T-shirt today and what a perfect fit. Outstanding material, comfort, design, & the right fit. They are now sending me the other 3 T-shirts that were part of my original order. They are true professionals that understand the meaning and significance of customer service/customer experience. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for great products, at good value and outstanding customer service. THANK YOU TEAM SENE.

I just received my first order from Sene. I ordered 3 custom fit t-shirts. The quality of the product is excellent, truly a premium product. The custom fit was perfect. They sent one shirt for me to try to be sure the fit was correct, which it was. I emailed them to confirm the fit and they quickly processed completing the other 2 shirts. The customer service and communication was top notch. It is very good value for a high quality custom product. I will be ordering again.
