Balloons were as pictured and delivery was on time.

Greet delivery was on time and good communication lovely 🎈 will definitely order again

The balloons and donuts were great,as was the customer service when I had a problem. DPD delivery was appalling, the box states to keep upright but the driver threw it over a 7 ft fence landing it upside down and open! Luckily the recipient came back in time to rescue the balloons before they blew away. The next door neighbour was in at the time and would gladly have taken the parcel in.

Very polite and helpful staff. Ordered balloons for my mother's 90th birthday, they were delivered on time - excellent service. Balloons still look like new after nearly 2 weeks.

Loved how I knew exactly when the balloons would arrive but maybe my expectation of how long the balloons would last was unrealistic... they arrived lunchtime on a Friday but started to deflate on the Sunday... I have left them up but they are starting to look a bit sad !!

Very disappointed with packaging

The balloons looked great, free gift looked cheap and there was a personalised note missing which was very disappointing. Very expenses for 5 balloons.

Balloons were great. My Son loved them.
A free gift was available but I didn’t choose as my Son Is vegan. However some cupcakes were included my Son checked website and with me. I said oh they’ve included the them. Which was lovely I thought. Family had later that day they were very tasty. I would definitely use in the future.

The balloons were very good and good value, one fault was that one balloon was almost deflated on unpacking. This was a disappointment but saying that I would still use them again.

Great Balloons,shame about the extortionately priced rewrapped galaxy bar stuck to the inner flap of the box. The chocolate was broken and the personalised message on the back of it looked liked it had been done by my 5 year old daughter,
avoid it at all cost.

The balloons arrived on next day delivery as requested. Well packaged. They looked great and lasted a long time.

I searched for balloons to be delivered to my grandson on his birthday and because it was the 2nd of January, most companies said they would deliver on the 3rd which of course is too late. So i tried SEND THEM BALLOONS and they not only gave me a good price but also the day i wanted.
My daughter and of course my Grandson who was 3 was thrilled, so thank you very much

The purchase process was very good. As it was being sent to someone else as a surprise, it got a bit complicated as I kept having to pass the delivery messages on. Is it possible to ask for the contact number of the recipient in order to liaise with them?
