If I could give them negative 10 stars I would . Sarah Smith the regional director of Semper Texas has a huge ego and completely unethical . She has owed me a refund since 2024 . I have called and promised to refund me have been made repeatedly and every day she has a new excuse the entire Texas staff knows what going on and Sarah continues to give me the run around . July 14th 2025 was the guaranteed day of refund and now she’s found yet another excuse . Not once have they been proactive to solve my issue . Every time they make a promise to fix the problem the day comes and goes and I have to reach out to them . They have avoided any accountability . I had to call another region to see if I can potentially get some help . I’ll follow up as to what happens

Semper Laser is the best place to go if you like being harrassed by a company called HFD. Like every other review of this place, they kept canceling and pushing back my appointment until I reached a breaking point. I called to cancel my membership since it had been nearly 3/4 months without receiving a service, and they politely agreed. I thought that headache was over until a company called HFD started calling every week demanding I pay them. I explained how I never received my service and the contract states that I'm entitled to a full refund, but they didn't care. These people called to yell at me, demanding that I pay them, or they would "ruin my credit score". I blocked and was able to dispute the money they tried taking from me, and it was left at that, until recently, 8 months later and HFD charged $500 to my card without my knowledge at 2am. I was able to successfully dispute the charges, but this whole thing has been such a headache. I left you guys alone, so I don't understand why you can't do the same.

On 12/19/23 I paid Semper Laser $125 for laser hair removal. After the procedure I had zero shedding and so reached out. They used a setting much lower than is advised by the maker of the laser. They agreed via recorded phone call to provide a refund and have not. I have reached out multiple times and been assured over and over that the refund will be processed with nothing being done.
