All-round excellent service. Great communication throughout the process, even including instructional videos on how best to pack your guitar if shipping to them. If you're looking for the easiest way to sell your guitar for an honest price, this is your best option. Thanks guys!

Excellent service. From initial quote, to sending the packaging, and making immediate payment everything went really smoothly. Good communication and very helpful with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend them! (Also best price I received).

Been looking for a Gibson firebird for a long long time. These guys were selling at a very fair price, some sellers were asking 1000 more for essentially the same guitar and taking advantage of the lack of supply of these in uk. I purchased over the phone as I’m based up in Scotland and Jordan was very knowledgeable and helpful (unlike a lot of guitar shops) a free set up was included and frets came polished, was ready to gig out the box, guitar is fantastic, I’m super fussy so these are rare compliments from me

Easy to use website with detailed accurate luthier reports on the guitar, very quick delivery and a quality instrument at a fair price.

Really great service. Went very smoothly from the start.

I'm having a bit of a clear out at the moment and my heart was sinking at the thought of all the admin and frustration that comes with a private sale.

SUYG quoted me a realistic amount for my guitars, and I'm sure they will find some happy buyers.

Stress free, risk free way to sell guitars. Have used before for a trade in but straight sell was just as easy. All good!

Selling my guitar through Sellusyourguitar was easy and the team were helpful and efficient.

Best guitar and best service I've ever received.
Objective luthier's report, free postage and very good value guitar.
Thank you.

These guys are absolutely great. They are the very definition of under promise and over deliver. Recently traded in a couple of guitars as a part exchange for one of theirs and some cash. Their guitar was in phenomenal condition and I had to almost search with a magnifying glass for the nick that the description mentioned. Their response was "we'd prefer you come in and be pleasantly surprised than have had a wasted journey". Refreshingly honest and trustworthy fellas. The money was in my account before I'd left the shop.

Very friendly and efficient service. My guitar arrived the next day and was exactly as described. I'd highly recommend.

Easy to deal with and the guitar was exactly as described. Fast delivery and well packed.

I viewed guitar on ebay, asked questions and staff were very quick and helpful to answer, after buying the guitar communication was perfect, and when the delivery was made in great fast time, the packaging was brilliant. I've had a brilliant experience with this company, the guitar is in fantastic condition and I'm really happy with this purchase. Totally recommended 100%. A pleasure to deal with.

Great shop to visit in person - really interesting collection of stuff and super helpful staff

SUYG made this whole deal a breeze! From the price offered for my trade-in to the logistics of handling everything at a distance (I live in Northumberland), they were excellent. Lewis and Paul were so helpful and I couldn't be more happy with my new guitar. So easy!

Hi I received the burns sonic guitar exactly when promised, it took almost as long to unpack as it did to arrive - that was great, but the best was yet to come. When I saw the case on this guitar and excitedly opened it, there in really good condition for its age was the burns sonic that I purchased for £15 in 1966 (when I was 16 years old and £15 was significantly higher in value than it is today). I have an old black and white press picture of a band I was in called Julian’s people based in Grantham, Lincolnshire. The picture shows the whole band with our instruments, and me holding the guitar that I now know is the guitar that I bought and had used. I have been elated with this reunion that has brought back great memories. It still plays pretty good too! A great transaction - thank you! Tony M

Very good customer service and fast payout as promised. Having them send out the postage label and packaging is also really helpful. Would definitely recommend

Just bought an amazing and beautiful FMT Tele. 5 star PLUS in every manner. Thank you.

just really efficient and effective.

Really convenient purchase and sale of a guitar. The team honoured an offer made online and then honoured a trade in offer after the fact. The delivery was seamless too. Well packaged and safe.

I bought a very nice Taylor from these guys, great comms, super quick delivery. Unfortunately I didn’t get on with the guitar and sent it back, again great comms, very easy return process and a full refund complete in 2 days, Excellent service, I would not hesitate to shop here again.

Really happy with the Ibanez SML RGC I received today. The description was honest to a point and really accurate. I have to say the guitar was advertised with a moderate dent at the the tip of the headstock, however I actually think it's pretty insignificant and I really had to look for it! There's nothing on this guitar that wasn't stated in the description. Even the tarnish was mentioned on the pups, which obviously polished straight out! Really important is this stuff when you are buying online.
Ordered late friday night and the guitar arrived Tuesday well packaged. Can't fault the service at all. Easy to recommend. Cheers
