Absolute lifesaver of a company - I needed to sell several guitars, mostly low- or mid-range, but selling them privately wasn’t viable because of my fairly remote location. The company provided me with a very fast and honest appraisal of my guitar and gave me what I think was a very good offer. Packing material was received when promised and receipt of the instrument acknowledged and funds processed to me the same day. All in all they did exactly what they said they’d do.
